Abstract
Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi kinerja mengajar guru yang sudah optimal dilihat dari data hasil UKG untuk SD Negeri di Kota Bandung memiliki nilai 55.64 dan hasil US SD Kota Bandung diklasifikasikan pada kategori B atau Baik. Fokus masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimana kondisi deskripsi kinerja mengajar guru, kepemimpinan partisipatif dan supervisi kepala sekolah, serta seberapa besarkontribusi kepemimpinan partisipatif dan supervisi kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja mengajar guru SD Negeri di Kota Bandung. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitaif dengan angket sebagai alat pengumpulan data. Sampel penelitian yaitu berjumlah 34 SD Negeri di Kota Bandung. Hasil penelitian mendeskripsikan bahwa kinerja mengajar guru, kepemimpinan partisipatif dan supervisi kepala sekolah ternyata sangat tinggi. Kepemimpinan partisipatif dan supervisi kepala sekolah memiliki korelasi kuat dan signifikan berkontribusi sebesar 56,8% terhadap kinerja mengajar guru, sedangkan sisanya dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain. Rekomendasi yang diajukan adalah (1) Kinerja mengajar guru: Guru meningkatkan kemampuannya dalam merencanakan proses pembelajaran (2) Kepemimpinan partisipatif: Kepala sekolah perlu meningkatkan kualitas hubungan antara kepala sekolah dengan guru, menciptakan dan menjalin hubungan kekeluargaan dan persahabatan (3) Supervisi kepala sekolah: supervisi tidak hanya direncanakan dan dilaksanakan namun juga dilaknakan tindak lanjut setelah evaluasi. ----------- This research is based on teacher teaching performance that has been optimally viewed from the data of UKG result for SD Negeri as Bandung has value 55.64 and the result of US SD in Bandung City is classified in category B or Good. The focus of the problem in this research is how the condition of teacher performance description, participative leadership and principal supervision, and how big the contribution of participative leadership and supervision of principals to the teaching performance of elementary school teachers in East Bandung. The method used is descriptive method with quantitative approach with a questionnaire as a means of data collection. The sample of research is amounted to 34 elementary schools in East Bandung. The results of the study describe that teacher teaching performance, participative leadership and principal supervision are very high. Participatory leadership and principal supervision have a strong and significant correlation contributing 56.8% to teachers' teaching performance, while the rest is influenced by other variables. The recommendations proposed are (1) Teacher teaching performance: Teachers improve their ability in planning the learning process. (2) Participative leadership: The principal needs to improve the quality of the relationship between the principal and the teacher, create and establish family relationships and friendships. (3) Headmaster Supervision: supervision is not only planned and implemented but also follow-up after evaluation.
