Abstract
Suatu fenomena di masyarakat yang akhir-akhir ini muncul ke permukaan, menimbulkan polemik mengenai keberadaan suatu kelompok. Kelompok ini disebut LGBT, secara perilaku seksual tidak pada umumnya dan tidak lazim di masyarakat kita yang menjunjung tinggi nilai-nilai Pancasila. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pandangan dari perspektif nilai-nilai Pancasila terhadap fenomena LGBT. Metode penelitian yang digunakan ialah pendekatan kualitatif dengan strategi fenomenlogi. Informan penelitiannya meliputi, individu-individu LGBT, tokoh agama dan pusat kajian Pancasila UPI dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi, wawancara mendalam dan analisis dokumen. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa masyarakat memandang LGBT merupakan penyimpangan perilaku yang tidak sesuai dengan nilai-nilai Pancasila. Tidak banyak faktor dalam diri yang mempengaruhi sesorang menjadi LGBT justru faktor luar lebih dominan. Agama yang diakui di Indonesia tidak menghendaki adanya perilaku tersebut dengan merujuk pada kitab sucinya masing-masing bahwa perkawinan hanya dapat dilakukan oleh laki-laki dan perempuan. Disisi lain ada upaya untuk merangkul mereka untuk kembali kepada fitrahnya agar terjaga harkat dan martabat manusia yang hakiki. This group is called LGBT, in sexual behavior does not generally and is not uncommon in our society that upholds the values of Pancasila. Therefore, this study aims to provide a view from the perspective of Pancasila values against the phenomena of LGBT. The research method used is the qualitative approach with fenomenlogi strategies. His research includes the informant, LGBT individuals, religious figures and the Center for the study of Pancasila Indonesia Universitty of Education, with the data gathering techniques in the form of observation, in-depth interviews and document analysis. The research results showed that the public looks at the behavioral deviation of LGBT is incompatible with the values of Pancasila. Not much of a factor in affecting someone being LGBT is precisely the factors outside of the more dominant. Religion is recognized in Indonesia is not willed the existence of such behavior by referring to the respective holy scriptures that marriage can only be done by men and women. On the other hand there have been attempts to embrace them for return to fitrahnya in order to awake the dignity and human dignity are essential. Keywords: LGBT phenomenon, the values of Pancasila
