Abstract
Alam Wisata Cimahi merupakan salah satu destinasi wisata yang berada di Kota Cimahi. Terletak di Utara Kota Cimahi berbatasan dengan Parongpong. Keanekaragaman aktivitas serta fasilitas wisata yang dimiliki Alam Wisata Cimahi ini menjadi hal utama yang disajikan kepada para wisatawan. Namun karena belum adanya strategi yang tepat dalam pengelolaan aktivitas wisatanya maka perlu dibuat formulasi strategi pengelolaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui strategi pengelolaan Alam Wisata Cimahi seperti apa yang sesuai dengan keadaan yang ada. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah SWOT. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa strategi yang sesuai adalah strategi diversifikasi yaitu strategi yang bertujuan untuk menggunakan kekuatan (strength) yang dimiliki untuk mengatasi ancaman (threat) yang ada. Saran untuk pihak pengelola Alam Wisata Cimahi agar dapat menjaga kondisi internal perusahaan, mengoptimalkan penggunaan fasilitas guna mengelola Alam Wisata Cimahi, dan lebih merawat fasilitas, aktivitas, dan daya tarik wisata agar kegiatan berwisata pengunjung bisa dilakukan secara maksimal. Kata Kunci : Strategi, Pengelolaan, dan Alam Wisata Cimahi Alam Wisata Cimahi is one of tourism destination in Cimahi city. Placed at north of Cimahi city aside Parompong. Variety of tourism attractions also facilities in Alam Wisata Cimahi are the main things to serve to the visitors. Due to the absence of the appropiate strategy on the management, it is necessary to formulate a management strategy. The purpose of this research is to find out which management strategy are appropriate with Alam Wisata Cimahi according to the circumstances. This research used qualitative methods. Data analysis method which used in this research are SWOT. The result of this research showed up that the appropriate strategy is diversification and which aim the strengths owned to overcome the threats that exist. Suggestions for Alam Wisata Cimahi are to maintain the internal factors of the company, optimizing the use of facilities to manage Alam Wisata Cimahi, and to take care the facilities, activities, and tourist attractions so the visitors could do the activities optimally.
