Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar tingkat risiko ergonomi pada saat praktik chassis otomotif pada kompetensi roda dan ban. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Subjek pada penelitian ini diambil menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh yaitu mahasiswa Departemen Pendidikan Teknik Mesin konsentrasi otomotif angkatan 2014. Pengumpulan data dengan dengan cara teknik observasi dan kuesioner. Instrumen pengumpulan data terdiri dari dari lembar observasi dan kuesioner. Metode yang digunakan untuk menganalisis posisi tubuh adalah Quick Exposure Checklist (QEC) . Metode QEC menganalisis pajanan pada punggung, bahu/lengan, pergelangan lengan/lengan, dan leher. Metode ini tidak hanya menilai pajanan pada tubuh tetapi durasi, beban benda kerja, dan tingkat kesulitan pekerjaan masuk kedalam kriteria penilaian. Kompetensi roda dan ban dipilih karena dinilai memiliki tingkat resiko ergonomi yang tinggi. Pada tubuh persentil 95 didapat 59%, tubuh persentil 50 didapat 59%, tubuh persentil 5 didapat 52,2%, yang berarti harus diselidiki dan segera dirubah untuk mengurangi risiko ergonomi. Peneliti menyarankan alat bantu praktik untuk mengangkat dan memindahkan beban yang bisa disesuaikan menurut data antropometri.;---The Research aims to determine how big the ergonomic risk at the time of the practice of automotive chassis on wheels and tires competence. This research is quantitative descriptive. Subjects in this study were taken using saturation sampling technique that students of the Department of Education Mechanical Engineering Automotive concentration of forces in 2014. The data was collected by means of observation and questionnaires. Data collection instruments consisted of observation sheets and questionnaires. The method used to analyze the position of the body is the Quick Exposure Checklist (QEC). QEC method of analyzing exposure on the back, shoulders / arms, wrists, arms / arms, and neck. This method is not only the body but assessing exposure duration, the burden of the workpiece, and the level of difficulty of the work into the assessment criteria. Competence wheels and tires have been selected for considered to have a high level of risk ergonomics. On the 95 th percentile of the body gained 59%, the body of 50 obtained 59% percentile, percentile body 5 obtained 52.2%, which means it must be investigated and immediately changed to reduce ergonomic risk. Researchers suggest practical tools for lifting and moving loads which can be adjusted according to anthropometric data.
