Abstract

Pendidikan seharusnya memperhatikan segala risiko yang dapat mengancam pencapaian mutu pendidikan, karena jika risiko tidak dikelola dengan baik maka akan mengakibatkan kerugian yang menghambat pegerakan sistem organisasi pendidikan. Namun, jika risiko dikelola dengan baik, tepat dan cepat maka segala kerugian dapat diminimalisir, diantisipasi sehingga mampu meningkatkan mutu pendidikan. Oleh karena itu, dalam pelaksanaan pendidikan dibutuhkan serangkaian prosedur dan metodologi pengelolaan risiko yang dapat digunakan untuk mengidentifikasi, mengukur, mengendalikan dan mengevaluasi risiko yang timbul dari pelaksanaan pencapain tujuan pendidikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana proses pengelolaan risiko di sekolah dasar SD/Primary Madania dan MI Pembangunan UIN Jakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan pengambilan sampel berdasarkan proposive sampling dan snowball sampling. Adapun hasil penelitian ini memberikan gambaran bahwa jenis risiko yang terjadi di SD/Primary Madania dan MI Pembangunan UIN Jakarta adalah risiko spekulatif berdasarkan sifat dari risiko tersebut. Sedangkan jenis risiko berdasarkan kemunculannya yakni risiko internal yang dikaji berdasarkan pemenuhan standar nasional pendidikan dan risiko eksternal yang dikaji berdasarkan risiko reputasi sekolah. Tahapan manajemen risiko yang dilakukan baik di SD/Primary Madania dan MI Pembangunan UIN Jakarta yaitu, identifikasi masalah, pengukuran risiko, pengendalian risiko (risk advoidance, risk mitigation, risk tranfer dan risk retention) dan evaluasi risiko.;--- Education should pay attention to all the risks that may threaten the achievement of the quality of education, because if the risk is not managed properly then would result in losses that inhibits movement educational organization system. However, if the risks are managed properly, precisely and faster then any losses can anticipated so as to improve the quality of education. Therefore, the implementation of education needs a set of procedures and risk management methodology that can be used to identify, measure, control and evaluate the risks arising from the implementation of the achievement of educational goals. This study aims to determine how the risk management process in elementary school Primary Madania and MI Development UIN Jakarta. This study uses descriptive qualitative approach based sampling proposive sampling and snowball sampling. The results of this study suggests that the types of risks that occur in Primary Madania and MI Development UIN Jakarta is a speculative risk based on the nature of the risk. While this type of risk is based on the emergence of internal risks are assessed based on compliance with national standards of education and external risks are assessed based on the risk the reputation of the school. Stages of risk management performed well in SD / Primary Madania and MI Development UIN Jakarta, namely, problem identification, risk measurement, risk control (risk avoidance, risk mitigation, risk transfer and risk retention) and the evaluation of risks.
