Abstract
Permasalahan pengangguran usia produktif merupakan masalah yang serius. Berbagai faktor menjadi penyebab hal tersebut terjadi, salah satunya adalah tingginya syarat pendidikan yang diterapkan oleh perusahaan. Salah satu alternatif yang dianggap tepat untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut adalah dengan berwirswasta. SMK merupakan lembaga pendidikan yang bertujuan untuk mempersiapkan siswanya menjadi tenaga kerja yang terampil, melalui kegiatan belajar di sekolah maupun praktik di lapangan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kontribusi prestasi praktik kerja industri terhadap sikap wiraswasta. Subyek penelitian adalah siswa kelas XII Otomotif yang berjumlah 80 siswa. Data diambil menggunakan metode angket dan dokumentasi. Validitas angket dilakukan dengan analisis butir dengan rumus korelasi product moment, dan reliabilitas menggunakan rumus alpha cornbach. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan uji t dan analisis regresi sederhana. Sebelumnya dilakukan terlebih dahulu uji persyaratan analisis, meliputi uji normalitas dan uji homogenitas. Berdasarkan hasil pengolahan data yang telah dilakukan, menunjukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang positif tetapi tidak signifikan antara prestasi praktik kerja industri terhadap minat berwirausaha, itu ditunjukan oleh persamaan Y = 45 + 0,11 X, dalam persamaan tersebut menunjukan angka 0,11 sebagai kontribusi prestasi praktik kerja industri terhadap sikap wiraswasta. Artinya perubahan variabel X akan berpengaruh terhadap variabel Y. Pengaruh tersebut sangat kecil karena masih ada faktor lain diluar praktik kerja industri yang berpengaruh terhadap minat berwirausaha. Variety of factors cause this happens, one of them is the high educational requirements imposed by the company. One alternative that is considered appropriate to address the problem is with entrepreneurship. SMK is an educational institution that aims to prepare students to be skilled labor, through learning activities in school and practice in the field. This study aims to determine the contribution of industry performance work practices on entrepreneurship interest. Subject of this study is a class XII o automotive totaling 80 students. Data taken using the questionnaire method and documentation, the validity of the questionnaire is done with the analysis of the grains with a formula product moment correlation, and reliability using alpha cronbach. Hypotesis testing using t test and simple regression analysis. Previously done first test requirements analysis, including normality test and homogenelty test. Based on the results of data processing has been done, showing that there is a positive contribution but not significant between the achievenets of the industrial working practice interest in entrepreneuship, it’s in the show by the equation Y = 45 + 0,11 X, in equation 0.1 shows the number of work practices as the influence of industry performance againts the interest in entrepreneurship. Mean that changes will affect the variable X to variable Y. The effect is very small because there are other factor outside the industry work practices which affect the interest of entrepreneurship.
