Abstract

Penelitian dengan “Analisis Teks Berita Terkait Representasi Aktor Pada Koran Kedaulatan Rakyat dan Media Indonesia” berangkat dari asumsi bahwa setiap wartawan memilki sudut pandangan berbeda terhadap peristiwa yang sama yang terjadi dalam rentang waktu tertentu. Bagaimana perbedaan tersebut diangkat ke publik dan seperti apa gaya retoris yang digunakan wartawan dalam merepresentasikan seseorang, kelompok, peristiwa, gagasan atau lainnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa perbedaan struktur wacana yang untuk memaknai suatu teks, dan bagaimana representasi Anies Baswedan pada koran Media Indonesia, edisi 8 April 2016 dan Kedaulatan Rakyat, edisi 5 April 2016. Pada penelitian ini metode yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan menggunakan analisis wacana model Teun A. Van Dijk dan model representasi John Fiske sebagai alat mengupas makna tersembunyi (latent) dalam teks berita. Subjek penelitian tertuju pada dua teks berita dari media cetak berbeda yaitu teks berita berjudul UN Bisa Jadi Contoh Dunia, media cetak Kedaulatan Rakyat, edisi 5 April 2016 dan Anies Bantah UN Diskriminatif, media cetak Media Indonesia, edisi 8 April 2016. Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian yakni melalui observasi lapangan, dokumentasi dan studi kepustakaan. Berdasarkan hasil temuan perbandingan, perbedaan struktur wacana kedua teks paling menonjol terdapat pada beberapa elemen, yakni tematik, skema, maksud, bentuk kalimat, koherensi dan retoris. Kemudian perbandingan representasi aktor, pada teks 1 Anies direpresentasikan dengan sebagaimana mestinya, dibaikkan dengan gaya retoris repetisi dan hiperbolik melalui pemilihan kata, kalimat dan aksentuasi. Pada teks 2, Anies direpresentasikan dengan diburukkan walaupun secara implisit dan samar.;---This Research entitles " Analysis of News texts Related Representation of The Actor On Kedaulatan Rakyat and Media Indonesia" start from the assumption that every journalist has an different view on the same issue that occur within a certain timeframe. How can these differences be appointed to the public and what kind of rhetorical styles used by reporter to represent a person, group, event, idea or another. This study aims to analyze the differences in the structure of discourse to make sense of a text, and how the representation Anies Baswedan on the newspaper Media Indonesia, edition 8 April 2016 and Kedaulatan Rakyat edition 5 April 2016. This research use qualitative method by using discourse analysis of Teun A. Van Dijk models and models John Fiske representation as a tool to peel hidden meaning (latent) in the report text. Subject of the study focused on two text news from different newspaper that news text entitled UN Bisa Jadi Contoh Dunia, Kedaulatan Rakyat, edition of 5 April 2016 and Anies Bantah UN Diskriminatif , Media Indonesia, edition 8 April 2016. Data collection techniques in namely research through observation, documentation and literature study. Based on the findings of the comparison, the difference in the structure of discourse second most prominent text contained in multiple elements, namely thematic scheme, purpose, form sentences, coherence and rhetorical. Then the ratio of representation of actors, the text 1 Anies represented as it should, with reps and hyperbolic rhetorical style through the choice of words, sentences and accentuation. In the second text, Anies represented with impaired even if implicit and vague.
