Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Pendidikan Kewirausahaan dan Adversity Quotient terhadap Intensi Kewirausahaan. Penelitian ini dilakukan karena rendahnya intensi kewirausahaan siswa SMK di Kabupaten Cianjur. Hipotesis dalam penelitian ini yaitu: 1) terdapat pengaruh yang positif antara pendidikan kewirausahaan terhadap adversity quotient siswa, dan 2) terdapat pengaruh yang positif antara pendidikan kewirausahaan dan adversity quotient terhadap intensi kewirausahaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survey dengan populasi penelitian seluruh siswa kelas XII SMK di Kabupaten Cianjur yang berjumlah 6.553 siswa yang tersebar di 50 sekolah. Sedangkan sampel pada penelitian ini diambil sebanyak 377 siswa dari 7 (tujuh) sekolah yang mewakili setiap cluster SMK di Kabupaten Cianjur. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis jalur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: pendidikan kewirausahaan siswa kelas XII di SMK Kabupaten Cianjur termasuk dalam kategori tinggi, demikian juga adversity quotient dan intensi kewirausahaan siswa kelas XII di SMK Kabupaten Cianjur termasuk dalam kategori tinggi. Hasil penelitian juga menunjukkan bahwa pendidikan kewirausahaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap adversity quotient. Selain itu, pendidikan kewirausahaan dan adversity quotient juga positif dan signifikan terhadap intensi kewirausahaan. Kata Kunci: Intensi Kewirausahaan, Pendidikan Kewirausahaan, Adversity Quotient This study aimed to determine the effect of Entrepreneurship Education and Adversity Quotient against Entrepreneurship Intention. This research was done because of the low entrepreneurial intention vocational students in Cianjur. The hypothesis in this study are: 1) there are positive influence between adversity quotient entrepreneurship education to students, and 2) there are positive influence between entrepreneurship education and adversity quotient on entrepreneurial intentions. This study used survey method with the whole study population XII grade students of SMK in Cianjur totaling 6553 students spread across 50 schools. While the sample in this study were taken as many as 377 students from seven (7) school representing each cluster SMK in Cianjur. Data were analyzed using path analysis. The results showed that: entrepreneurship education class XII students in vocational Cianjur regency in the high category, as well as entrepreneurial intentions adversity quotient and class XII students in vocational Cianjur district included in the high category. The results also show that entrepreneurship education has a positive effect and significant adversity quotient. Additionally, entrepreneurship education and adversity quotient is also positive and significant impact on entrepreneurial intentions.
