Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh kenyataan bahwa guru dituntut memiliki kreativitas dalam menyampaikan materi pelajaran. Untuk menjadi kreatif seorang guru akan dihadapkan oleh berbagai faktor yang menunjang pelaksanaan tugas mengajarnya, baik faktor kapasitas internal (intelegensi, gaya kognitif, dan kepribadian) maupun faktor kapasitas eksternal yang meliputi latar belakang pendidikan, pelatihan guru, pengalaman mengajar, dan kesejahteraan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui bagaimana hubungan faktor kapasitas internal dan eksternal dengan kreativitas guru. Suatu metode penelitian korelasional telah dilakukan pada seluruh sampel sebanyak 9 responden, dan menggunakan uji korelasi Spearmen Rho. Untuk melengkapi penelitian ini, 3 instrumen di antaranya faktor internal, faktor eksternal dan kreativitas guru digunakan dengan skala jawaban Likert. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan tidak terdapat hubungan yang berarti antara faktor kapasitas internal dan faktor kapasitas eksternal dengan kreativitas guru dalam pengajaran mata pelajaran pendidikan jasmani di sekolah. Simpulan hasil penelitian ini menandakan suasana pengajaran pendidikan jasmani masih pada pola-pola yang menetap dan cenderung monoton. ;--- This research is motivated by the fact that teachers are required to have the creativity in presenting the subject matter. To be creative teachers will be faced by various factors that support the implementation of teaching tasks, the capacity of internal (intelegensi, the cognitive and personality) and the capacity of external that includes educational background, training teachers, teaching experience, and welfare. The purpose of this research for knowing relationship between the capacity of internal and the capacity of external with teacher creativity. A correlational research method has been performed on 9 samples of the respondents, and using the Rho Spearmen correlation test. To complement this research 3 instruments including the internal factors, external factors and teacher creativity were used with Likert’s answer scale. The data analysis shows that there is no significant relationship between the capacity of internal and the capacity of external with teacher creativity in teaching subjects of physical education in school. The conclusion of the research indicates that the teaching atmosphere of physical education is still in the inspiration of a permanent and tend to be monotonous.
