Abstract

Hasil penelitian oleh GCI (Global Creativity Index) 2015, menunjukkan bahwa indeks kreativitas masyarakat Indonesia yang rendah. Sehingga diperlukan sebuah latihan untuk dapat meningkatkan keterampilan berpikir kreatif, misalnya dengan tes, namun, tes yang diberikan khususnya di sekolah tidak dapat mengukur keterampilan berpikir kreatif secara signifikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan menghasilkan tes keterampilan berpikir kreatif ditinjau dari konstruksi dan karakteristik tes. Metode yang digunakan adalah mixed method, dan pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui analisis kurikulum, validasi ahli dan uji coba terbatas. Responden dalam uji coba terbatas melibatkan 160 siswa yang berasal dari lima SMA di Kota Bandung. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa konstruksi tes memiliki bentuk essay terdiri dari delapan butir tes yang mencakup empat aspek keterampilan berpikir kreatif yang disesuaikan dengan kurikulum 2013. Berdasarkan validasi ahli, aspek materi memiliki indeks Aiken’V dalam rentang 0,8 sampai 0,9; aspek konstruk dalam rentang 0,8 sampai 0,85; aspek bahasa dalam rentang 0,85 sampai 0,95. Secara umum, konstruksi tes memenuhi kriteria valid. Karakteristik tes menggunakan analisis item response theory dengan model yang sesuai berdasarkan fungsi informasi yaitu partial credit model. Berdasarkan analisis tersebut, menunjukkan bahwa karakteristik tes memiliki nilai slope (a) sebesar 1,00; location (b) pada rentang -0,71 sampai 1,11 dengan kriteria butir termasuk kategori baik. Perpotongan antara kurva fungsi informasi dan kesalahan pengukuran pada skala kemampuan peserta sebesar -1,30 hingga 2,90 dengan interpretasi tes dapat menilai kemampuan rendah sampai sangat tinggi. ;--- The results of research by GCI (Global Creativity Index) 2015, shows that the indices of creativity Indonesian community is still low. So it takes an exercise to be able to improve the skills of creative thinking, such as a test, however, the test given at school can not measure significantly. The purpose of this study is to generate the test in terms of construction and characteristics of creative thinking skills tests. The method is a mixed method and data collected was conducted through the curriculum analysis, validation expert and limited test. Respondents in a limited test involved 160 students from five high schools in the city of Bandung. The results showed that the construction of the test had an essay form consists of eight points of the test covering four aspects of creative thinking skills adjusted by the curriculum, 2013. According to the result of validation, material aspects had Aiken'V index in the range of 0.80 to 0.90. The range index on construct and language aspects is 0.80 to 0.85 and 0.85 to 0.95 respectively. In general, the construction of the test had valid criteria. The Characteristics of the test use analysis of item response theory with the appropriate model based on the function information that is partial credit models. Based on this analysis, showed that the characteristics of the test had a value of slope (a) 1.00 and location (b) in the range -0.71 to 1.11 with a good grain criteria. The interaction between the function information curve and standard error measurement in participants' ability scale is -1.30 to 2.90 with the interpretation of the test which can assess the ability from low to high ability.
