Abstract

Tingginya motivasi siswa kelas X TPHP SMK PPN Tanjung Sari dalam proses pembelajaran dan praktikum masih belum mampu untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa. Hal tersebut dapat disebabkan oleh beberapa factor, salah satunya model pembelajaran yang digunakan oleh guru. Salah satu model pembelajaran yang dapat digunakan untuk mata pelajaran produktif adalah model pembelajaran berbasis produksi (Modified Production Based Training). Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui keterlaksanaan proses pembelajaran dan hasil belajar siswa melalui penerapan model Modified Production Based Training yang dibantu dengan modul pada kompetensi dasar menerapkan prinsip dasar pengolahan hasil perkebunan tanaman rempah dan bahan penyegar. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) dalam 3 siklus. Hasil belajar siswa diukur menggunakan lembar observasi keterlaksanaan pembelajaran, tes objektif (pre-test dan post-test), lembar penilaian sikap (lembar observer, self assessment, dan peer assessmet), dan lembar penilaian keterampilan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan model pembelajaran Modified Production Based Training dengan bantuan modul terlaksana dengan sangat baik dan terjadi peningkatan hasil belajar siswa. Hal ini ditunjukkan oleh: (1) keterlaksanaan proses pembelajaran mencapai 100% pada siklus I, II, dan III, (2) ketercapaian KKM pada aspek kognitif yaitu 77% pada siklus I, 84% pada siklus II, dan 100% pada siklus III, (3) nilai psikomotor siswa secara keseluruhan mendapatkan nilai optimum “sangat terampil”, (4) pada ranah afektif yang terdiri dari aspek disiplin, kepedulian, responsif dan proaktif terjadi peningkatan pada setiap siklus.;---The high students motivation of class X TPHP SMK PPN Tanjung Sari in the process of learning and teaching is still not able to improve student learning outcomes. It can be caused by several factors, one of them is the learning model that used by the teacher. One of learning models which can be used for productive subjects is the production based training model (Modified Production Based Training). The aims of this research to know learning process and student learning outcomes, through the application of modified production based training that helped with the module on basic competencies to apply basic principle of processing result of spice crops plantation and refreshments. This research was conducted with the research methods class action (PTK) in 3 cycles. Student learning outcomes are measured using observation sheet of learning process, objective test (pre test and post test), attitude assessment sheet (sheet observer, self assessment, and peer assessment), and performance assessment sheet. The result showed that the application of the learning model of modified production based training learning with help of the module to be implemented very well and improve student learning outcomes. This indicated by: (1) the learning process reaches 100% in cycle I, II, and III (2) KKM (Minimum Achievement Competence) achived 77% in cycle I, 84% in cycle II, and 100% in cycle III. (3) the value of psychomotor students overall get optimum value of “higly skilled”, (4) on the affective aspects of discipline, caring, responsive, and proactive increased at each cycle.
