Abstract
Material adalah komponen yang sangat penting dalam proyek pelapisan pipa baja. Persediaan material berperan penting dalam kelancaran proyek selama berjalan. Pada penelitian ini, sistem Material Requirement Planning dengan teknik Lot for Lot (LFL), Economic Order Quantity (EOQ), dan Periodic Order Quatity (POQ) digunakan untuk menentukan kapan dan berapa jumlah barang yang harus dipesan untuk proyek X dengan mempertimbangkan biaya yang akan muncul nantinya. Analisis material requirement planning dengan teknik lot sizing menghasilkan teknik lot sizing yang membentuk total biaya penyimpanan terendah adalah periodic order quantity. Teknik LFL, EOQ, dan POQ membentuk biaya persediaan yang sama untuk material pipa dan air. Total biaya persediaan minimum yang terbentuk dengan teknik periodic order quantity adalah $2.593.599,45. ;---Materials have the highest urgency on pipeline coating project. Material inventory has important role to assure project’s goals are achieved. MRP system with lot sizing techniques such as: lot for lot, economic order quantity, periodic order quantity; are implemented to decide when and how many materials are needed on X project based on the cost that company will pay. MRP analysis with periodic order quantity technique result the minimum cost of all materials. Bare pipe and water has same result from every implemented lot sizing techniques. As the result, the total inventory cost is $2.593.599,45
