Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh adanya penurunan hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran ekonomi dilihat dari nilai rata-rata Ujian Nasional SMA Negeri se-Kota Bandung tahun ajaran 2015/2016. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh keterampilan mengajar guru dan minat belajar terhadap hasil belajar siswa. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah survey eksplanatori. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 3909 siswa kelas XI IPS SMA Negeri se-Kota Bandung, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 328 siswa. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan probability sampling dengan simple random sample.. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu path analysis. Temuan penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa: (i) keterampilan mengajar guru berada pada kategori terampil dan minat belajar kategori tinggi, sedangkan hasil belajar berada pada kategori sedang; (ii) keterampilan mengajar guru berpengaruh positif terhadap minat belajar; (iii) keterampilan mengajar guru berpengaruh negatif terhadap hasil belajar; (iv) minat belajar berpengaruh negatif terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran ekonomi.;---This research is motivated by the decrease of student learning outcomes in economic subjects seen from the average value of National Examination of SMA Negeri in Bandung City 2015/2016 academic year. This study aims to determine the effect of teacher teaching skills and interest in learning of student learning outcomes. The method used in this research is an explanatory survey. The population in this study are 3909 students of class XI IPS SMA Negeri in Bandung, with the sample are 328 students. The sampling technique used probability sampling with simple random sample. Data analysis technique used is path analysis. The findings of this study show that: (i) teachers' teaching skills is very skilled and interest in learning is in very high category, whereas learning outcomes is in the medium category; (ii) teacher's teaching skills have a explicit impact on learning interest; (iii) teachers' teaching skills have a negative impact on learning outcomes; (iv) interest in learning has a negative effect on students' learning outcomes on economic subjects.
