Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan di SMK Mutiara Kota Bandung. Permasalahan yang dikaji dalam penelitian ini adalah belum optimalnya prestasi belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran Otomatisasi Perkantoran di kelas X SMK Mutiara Kota Bandung pada jurusan Administrasi Perkantoran. Penelitian ini terdiri dari tiga variabel yaitu keterampilan mengajar guru (X1), kreativitas mengajar guru (X2) dan prestasi belajar siswa (Y). Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui gambaran tingkat keterampilan mengajar guru, kreativitas mengajar guru dan prestasi belajar siswa, selain itu adalah untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh keterampilan dan kreativitas mengajar guru terhadap prestasi belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran Otomatisasi Perkantoran kelas X di SMK Mutiara Kota Bandung. Metode yang digunakan dalam peneltiian ini adalah metode survey. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket dengan model rating scale yang dianalisis menggunakan regresi ganda. Jumlah populasi sebanyak 34 responden. Responden pada penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas X Administrasi Perkantoran di SMK Mutiara Kota Bandung. Berdasarakan hasil penelitian didapatkan gambaran keterampilan mengajar guru berada pada kategori terampil, gambaran kreativitas mengajar guru pada kategori tinggi dan prestasi belajar siswa pada kategori sedang. Hasil uji hipotesis diperoleh bahwa keterampilan dan kreativitas mengajar guru berpengaruh positif terhadap prestasi belajar siswa, baik secara parsial maupun simultan mempuyai pengaruh yang kuat. ;---This research was conducted in Vocational School of Mutiara, Bandung. The problem studied in this research was the students’ learning achievement on subject Office Automation in grade X, Department of Office Administration, in Vocational School Mutiara Bandung was not optimal. This study consisted of three variables: teacher’s skills (X1), teacher’s creativities (X2) and students’ learning achievement (Y). The purpose of this research was to know the overview of the level of skills of teacher, creativities of teacher and students’ learning achievement. Besides that, the purpose was to know how great the influence of skills and creativities of teacher toward students’ learning achievement in grade X on subject Office Automation in Vocational School of Mutiara, Bandung. The method used in this research was survey method. The data were collected through questionnaires with rating scale model which were analyzed by using multiple regressions. The total size populations were 34 respondents. Respondents in this study were students in grade X of Office Administration in Vocational School of Mutiara, Bandung. Based on the results, it has been obtained that skills of teacher are on competent category, creativities of teacher are on high category and students’ learning achievement are on medium category. Hypothesis test results obtained showed that the teacher's skills and creativities has positive effect toward students’ learning achievement, both partially and simultaneously have a strong influence.
