Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh adanya kesenjangan (gap) antara sekolah dan industri dalam hal kurikulum yang membuat peserta didik kaku ketika terjun di dunia kerja dan dunia industri. Rumusan masalah umum dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimana kualitas pelaksanaan program keahlian teknik komputer dan jaringan SMKN Kabupaten Bone Sulawesi Selatan? Secara khusus, (1) Bagaimana aspek konteks program keahlian teknik komputer dan jaringan dengan kebutuhan masyarakat. (2) Bagaimana aspek input program keahlian teknik komputer dan jaringan dengan standar pendidikan nasional. (3) Bagaimana aspek proses program keahlian teknik komputer dan jaringan dengan dokumen kurikulum yang direncanakan? (4) Bagaimana aspek produk program keahlian teknik komputer dan jaringan dengan tujuan yang direncanakan? Tujuan penelitian yakni mengetahui kualitas pelaksanaan program keahlian teknik komputer dan jaringan SMKN Kabupaten Bone Sulawesi Selatan. Metode dalam penelitian ini menggunakan deskriptif evaluatif dengan pendekatan penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi yakni SMKN pada jurusan teknik komputer dan jaringan di Kabupaten Bone Sulawesi Selatan yang terdiri dari kepala sekolah, guru dan siswa. Siswa yang diambil sejumlah 90 orang menggunakan teknik stratifikasi random sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah kuesioner, wawancara, observasi, studi dokumentasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis data deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara umum kualitas pelaksanaan program telah berjalan dengan baik. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari ke empat aspek yang dikaji secara khusus yakni pada aspek konteks berkaitan dengan latar belakang dilaksanakannya program telah berjalan dengan baik karena telah sesuai dengan kebutuhan masyarakat. Pada aspek input yang berkaitan dengan SDM, sarana dan prasarana, dokumen kurikulum telah berjalan dengan baik karena telah sesuai dengan standar pendidikan nasional. Pada aspek proses yang berkaitan dengan persepsi siswa dan guru telah berjalan baik karena telah sesuai dengan dokumen kurikulum. Pada aspek produk/ hasil yang berkaitan dengan data hasil belajar siswa baik teori maupun praktik telah berjalan dengan baik karena telah sesuai dengan tujuan yang direncanakan. Namun demikian, untuk lebih mengoptimalkan jalannya program keahlian, masih ada beberapa bagian yang perlu dibenahi diantaranya kerja sama antara sekolah dengan industri, jumlah SDM yang masih kurang, sarana yang butuh penambahan serta pembaharuan. Kata Kunci: Kurikulum, Evaluasi Program, Keahlian Teknik Komputer dan Jaringan, SMKN. The gaps between vocational curriculum and industrial goals are becoming important issues of vocational school as that help nations to enhance human capital and compete in rapidly changing technology industrial world. Dealing with the problems, this research aims to evaluate the quality of implementing computer technical program and networking at SMK (vocational school) Bone in south of Sulawesi region. By using CIPP evaluation Model, this research especially is examined: (1) how’s the aspect of context in designing computer technical program and networking, dealing with industrial needs. (2) how’s the aspect of input process implemented, by using standard of national education. (3) how’s the process itself in implementing of the curriculum that had been planned. (4) how’s the product of the programs become (it’s reach the goal or not?). The research’s’ method is descriptive evaluative to describe all the data that had been collected by using quantitative approach. The population of this research is around 90 students, with stratify random sampling technique. The instrument for data collecting are uses questionnaire, interview, observation, documentations. Generally, based on data of this research is shown quality of implementing the program is running good. Especially, this research is based on finding in four aspects of evaluation; for the interview held by the research was founded the context of the program was linking on the communities needed. In input aspect, it’s suitable as national standardization for conducting human development in vocational schools. The process of learning has shown that positive perspective, those were identified by curriculum implementing was on the track. As the aspect of product were found that outcomes both theory and practice has been going well as it has in accordance with the planned objectives. However, to further optimize the course of program membership, there are still some parts that need to be addressed include cooperation between schools and industry, where the human resources are still lacking, its means that needs improving in designing the program for better future.
