Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi karena konstruksi masyarakat yang masih meragukan kepemimpinan perempuan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memaparkan: peran kepemimpinan perempuan dalam menjalankan program Posdaya, partisipasi masyarakat dalam mengikuti program Posdaya, dampak perubahan sosial yang terjadi pada masyarakat, serta kondisi sosial-ekonomi masyarakat setelah dibentuknya Posdaya yang dipimpin oleh perempuan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik wawancara mendalam, observasi partisipasi, studi literatur, dan studi dokumentasi. Informan peneliti terdiri dari pemimpin, pengurus, anggota Posdaya, dan masyarakat yang berada disekitar Posdaya. Hasil penelitian menunjukan: (1) Peran perempuan dalam kepemimpinan Posdaya Plamboyan berada pada analisa dwiperan dimana pemimpin menempatkan peranan domestik dengan peranan publik berada pada posisi sama penting. Pada gaya kepemimpinan yang dilakukan, cenderung bergaya transformasional, pemimpin lebih demokratis dan partisipatif. (2) Bentuk partisipasi masyarakat terdiri dari tiga bentuk yakni ide, tenaga, dan materi. Masyarakat telah ikut berpartisipasi dalam program pemberdayaan keluarga mulai dari tahapan perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pemanfaatan hasil kegiatan hingga evaluasi kegiatan. Faktor pendorong yang melatarbelakangi partisipasi masyarakat yakni berawal karena keinginan masyarakat sendiri yang menghendaki perubahan dalam lingkungannya. (3) Dampak positif yang diberikan oleh Posdaya yakni berupa terciptanya kegiatan produktif sehingga mempengaruhi kesejahteraan masyarakat. Dampak negatif yang ditimbulkan yakni, kecemburuan sosial yang dirasakan masyarakat wilayah lain yang tidak mendirikan Posdaya. (4) Kondisi sosial-ekonomi masyarakat mengalami perubahan. Keswadayaan dan kemandirian sebagai semangat kerjanya berhasil menciptakan perubahan sosial yang mengarah pada tujuan pembangunan abad millennium atau MDGs. ;--- The research was motivated because of the society construction who still doubt to the women leadership. This study aimed to describe: The role of the women leadership in conducting the Posdaya program, society participan to follow Posdaya program, the influence of Posdaya in actualizing the social change, socio-economic condition of society after establishing Posdaya that was leaded by the women. This research used qualitative descriptive method. The data was collected by in-depth interview, participant observation, literature study, documentation studies. The information of the research involved the leaders, administrators, members of Posdaya, and people who were around Posdaya. the result of the study showed: (1) The role Posdaya leadership that was in the dwiperan analysis where the leaders put the domestic role to public role which were in the same important position. The style of this leadership tended to be transformational style, the leader was more democratic. (2) The form of society participation consisted of three forms. They were idea, energy and material. Society has participated in the family empowerment program for making the stage of plan, implementation, utilization the results of the activities and the activities evaluation. The factor that pushed the society to participate were their selves desire the wanted a change in their environment. (3) The positive influence which is given by Posdaya was create the productive activities that will affect the society welfare. And the negative impact was, social jealousy felt by the people of other regions did not establish Posdaya. (4) Socio-economic conditions of society got a change. Self-sufficiency and autonomy succeed to bring social change to the millennium development goal century or MDGs.
