Abstract

Meningkatnya kesadaran masyarakat terhadap perawatan diri mengakibatkan persaingan dalam industri kecantikan khususnya pada klinik skin care yang membuat tidak stabilnya repurchase intention pada suatu produk. Solusi yang dapat dilakukan oleh para pelaku bisnis khususnya klinik kecantikan agar dapat meningkatkan repurchase intention pada konsumennya adalah dengan meningkatkan strategi service experience yang dapat dirasakan langsung oleh konsumen. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran tingkat service experience dan repurchase intention pada Pasien MD Clinic by Lazeta Skin Care cabang Kopo Bandung dan memperoleh temuan besarnya pengaruh dimensi service experience dalam membentuk repurchase intention pada Pasien MD Clinic by Lazeta Skin Care cabang Kopo Bandung. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif dan verifikatif, Metode yang digunakan adalah explanatory survey dengan teknik simple random sampling dan jumlah sampel 200 responden. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah Structural Equal Model (SEM) dengan alat bantu software komputer SPSS AMOS. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian secara keseluruhan, besarnya pengaruh masing-masing variabel laten secara langsung (standardize direct effect) maupun tidak langsung (standardize indirect effect) serta efek total (standardizes total effect) bahwa variabel dimensi service experience memiliki pengaruh langsung yang tinggi dalam membentuk repurchase intention. Upaya meningkatkan nilai repurchase intention yaitu perusahaan diharuskan membuat strategi yang dapat memberikan pengalaman layanan yang meninggalkan kesan positif bagi pelanggan yang akan membangun hubungan dengan pelanggan hingga dapat meningkatkan minat beli ulang. Service experience sebagai variabel yang berpengaruh dominan harus tetap dikendalikan secara langsung oleh perusahaan.,---The public awareness to the care self resulting in competition in industry beauty especially there skin care that makes it the stable repurchase intention in a product. A solution that can be carried by the businesses especially clinic beauty to increase in repurchase intention of consumers is by increasing strategy service experience that can be perceived directly by consumers. Research aims to understand picture level service experience and repurchase intention in patients md clinic by lazeta skin care the branch Kopo Bandung and obtain the findings the size of the influence dimensions service experience in forming repurchase intention in patients md clinic by lazeta skin care the branch Kopo Bandung. The kind of research used is descriptive and verifikatif, methods used is explanatory survey a simple random sampling and the sample of the 200 respondents. Technique analysis the data used was Structural Equal Model with the tools computer software SPSS AMOS. Based on the research done as a whole, the size of the influence each variable latent directly (standardize direct effect) or indirectly (standardize indirect effect) and the total effect (standardizes total effect) that variable dimensions service experience have a direct influence high in form repurchase intention.Efforts to improve value repurchase intention namely, a obliged to open strategy that can give experience services left mention positive for customers will building relationships with customers to increase interest in buying repeated.Service experience as variables influential dominant must remain controlled directly by company.
