Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompetensi guru, lingkungan belajar dan motivasi belajar terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran ekonomi, secara parsial maupun bersama-sama. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode survey eksplanatori dengan teknik pengumpulan data angket skala lima kategori liket. Populasi dalam penelitian yaitu siswa kelas XI SMAN di se-Kota Baubau Provinsi Sulawesi Tenggara dan pengambilan sampel melalui Proportionate Random Sampling. Tehnik pengolahan data yang digunakan adalah Model Analysis Jalur (Path Analysis Models). Tehnik ini digunakan untuk mengetahui hubungan langsung dan tidak langsung dari variabel eksogen terhadap variabel endogen. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan Kompetensi guru berpengaruh positif terhadap hasil belajar. Artinya semakin tinggi tingkat kompetensi guru maka akan meningkatkan hasil belajar. Lingkungan belajar berpengaruh positif terhadap hasil belajar. Artinya semakin baik lingkungan belajar yang mendukung maka akan meningkatkan hasil belajar. Motivasi belajar berpengaruh positif terhadap hasil belajar. Artinya semakin tinggi tingkat motivasi belajar siswa maka akan meningkatkan hasil belajar. Kompetensi guru dan motivasi belajar berpengaruh positif terhadap hasil belajar. Artinya semakin tinggi tingkat kompetensi guru dan motivasi belajar siswa maka akan meningkatkan hasil belajar. Lingkungan belajar dan motivasi belajar berpengaruh positif terhadap hasil belajar. Artinya semakin baik lingkungan belajar dan motivasi belajar siswa maka akan meningkatkan hasil belajar. Kata kunci: Kompetensi Guru, Lingkungan Belajar, Motivasi Belajar dan Hasil Belajar. This study aims to determine the effect of the competence of teachers, the learning environment and learning motivation on student learning outcomes on economic subjects, partially or jointly. The method used in this research is an explanatory survey method with data collection questionnaire scale five categories liket. The population in the study of a class XI student of SMAN in the City Baubau throughout Southeast Sulawesi province and sampling by Proportionate Random Sampling. Data processing technique used is Path Analysis Model (Path Analysis Models). This technique is used to determine the direct and indirect relationships of exogenous variables on endogenous variables. The results of this study indicate the teacher competency positive effect on learning outcomes. This means that the higher the level of competence of teachers will improve learning outcomes. The learning environment is a positive influence on learning outcomes. It means, the better the learning environment that supports it will improve learning outcomes. Motivation to learn positive effect on learning outcomes. It means, that the higher the level of students' motivation will improve learning outcomes. Teacher competence and motivation to learn positive effect on learning outcomes. This means that the higher level of teacher competence and student motivation will improve learning outcomes. The learning environment and learning motivation have positive effects on learning outcomes. It means, the better the learning environment and student motivation will improve learning outcomes.
