Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan di SMK Pasundan 3 Bandung. Permasalahan yang menjadi kajian dalam penelitian ini adalah belum optimalnya prestasi belajar siswa kelas X pada mata pelajaran produktif administrasi perkantoran, hal ini dibuktikan dengan masih terdapat siswa yang belum memenuhi Kriteria Ketuntasan Minimal (KKM). Kinerja mengajar guru merupakan faktor yang diduga memiliki pengaruh terhadap prestasi belajar siswa. Oleh karena itu penelitian ini mengkaji seberapa besar pengaruh kinerja mengajar guru (X) terhadap prestasi belajar siswa (Y). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survey dengan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket. Responden adalah siswa kelas X jurusan administrasi perkantoran SMK Pasundan 3 Bandung sebanyak 53 orang. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) kinerja mengajar guru kelas X pada mata pelajaran produktif administrasi perkantoran SMK Pasundan 3 Bandung berada pada kategori sedang atau cukup, (2) prestasi belajar siswa kelas X jurusan administrasi perkantoran SMK Pasundan 3 Bandung pada mata pelajaran produktif berada pada kategori rendah, (3) hasil analisis regresi menunjukkan bahwa kinerja mengajar guru mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap prestasi belajar siswa. Tetapi prestasi belajar siswa kelas X jurusan administrasi perkantoran SMK Pasundan 3 Bandung pada mata pelajaran produktif tidak hanya dipengaruhi oleh kinerja mengajar guru, terdapat faktor lain (epsilon) yang juga berpengaruh dan tidak dianalisis dalam penelitian ini.----------This research was conducted in Pasundan Vocational School of 3 Bandung. The problem in this research wasthe students’ achievement in productive subject office administration which is not optimal, itwasproved by there were students who did not reach the Minimum Mastery Criteria. Teacher's teaching performance was a factor that is thought has an influence on students’ achievement. Therefore, this study examined how much the influence of teachers' teaching performance (X) on students’ achievement (Y). This study used survey method with data collection techniques by using questionnaires. Respondents were students in grade X of Pasundan Vocational Schoolof 3 Bandung in department of Office Administration as many as 53 people. Data were analyzed by using regression analysis. The results showed that: (1) the teaching performance of teacher to teach in grade X on the productive subjectoffice administration inPasundan Vocational School of 3 Bandung wason the category of moderate or sufficient, (2) the achievement of students in grade X in majoring Office Administration in Pasundan Vocational Schoolof 3 Bandung on productive subjectwas on low category, (3) the results of regression analysis showed that the performance of teacher to teach has positive and significant effect on students’ achievement. However, the achievement of students in grade X in majoring Office Administration in Pasundan Vocational School of 3 Bandung on productive subject was not only influenced by the performance of teachers to teach, there are other factors (epsilon) were also influential and were not analyzed in this study.
