Abstract
Penurunan harga saham perusahaan sub sektor Otomotif & Komponen melatabelakangi penelitian. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran likuiditas (CR), profitabilitas (NPM) dan harga saham, serta menguji pengaruh likuiditas dan profitabilitas terhadap harga saham pada perusahaan sub sektor otomotif & komponen yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI). Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode deskriptif dan metode verifikatif. Data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder yang bersumber dari laporan keuangan. Populasi penelitian ini adalah semua perusahaan sub sektor Otomotif & Komponen yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2011-2015. Sampel penelitian ini menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Teknik analisis dengan menggunakan uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linier berganda dan uji hipotesis dengan menggunakan uji keberartian regresi dan uji keberartian koefisien regresi. Hasil dengan menggunakan uji keberartian regresi menunjukan bahwa likuiditas (CR) dan profitabilitas (NPM) mempunyai pengaruh terhadap harga saham. Secara uji keberartian koefisien regresi, likuiditas (CR) tidak berpengaruh terhadap harga saham dan profitabilitas (NPM) berpengaruh terhadap harga saham.---------- The decreases of stock price in Automotive & Component sub sector companies that registered on Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2011-2015 became the background of this research. This research to describe liquidity (CR), profitability (NPM) and stock price, also this research aims to analyze how much influence the liquidity and profitability to the companies’ stock price registered in Indonesia Stock Exhange in 2011-2015. This research using descriptive method and verification method. The source of the secondary data in this research is based on financial report. The population is all Automotive & Component companies registered in Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2011-2015. The sample of this research using purposive sampling method. Analysis techniques using classic assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis test using the significance test of regression and the significance test of regression coefficient. The result of this research using the significance test of regression showed that the liquidity (CR) and profitability (NPM) has an influence on the stock price. The significance test of regression coefficient liquidity (CR) has no influence on the stock price and profitability (NPM) has an influence on the stock price.
