Abstract

Latar belakang penelitian ini adalah tentang bagaimana Employee Engagement karyawan divisi operasional PT. Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) Daop 3 Cirebon. Engagement karyawan merupakan faktor penting bagi kesuksesan perusahaan. Permasalahan mengenai employee engagement menjadi menarik untuk diamati karena employee engagement (keterikatan karayawan menjadi isu terkini yang menjadi perhatian setiap perusahaan terkait masalah pekerjaan dan banyak memberikan manfaat baik bagi perusahaan, karyawan itu sendiri, maupun bagi masyarakat luas. Salah faktor untuk meningkatkan Engagement adalah dengan adanya budaya perusahaan yang kuat dan baik. Maka dari itu dalam penelitian ini dikaji perihal budaya organisasi yang dapat meningkatkan engagament karyawan itu sendiri. Adapun beberapa tujuan yang ingin dicapai adalah untuk mengetahui gambaran mengenai budaya organisasi PT. Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero), gambaran employee engagement pada PT. Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) dan pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap employee engagement. Jenis metode penelitian adalah metode deskriptif dan verifikatif dengan populasi 320 karyawan divisi operasional PT. Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) Daop 3 Cirebon dan responden berjumlah 83 karyawan. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah koefisien korelasi pearson product moment dan analisis regresi sederhana. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan uji t-test untuk melihat pengaruh secara parsial. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan budaya organisasi dan employee engagament berada pada kategori cukup tinggi. Hasil perhitungan sebesar 0,488, artinya variabel budaya organisasi dan employee engagament memiliki pengaruh yang positif dengan klasifikasi sedang.----------The background of this research is on how Employee Engagement operational division employees of PT. Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) Daop 3 Cirebon. Engagement of employees is an important factor for the success of the company. Issues regarding employee engagement becomes interesting to observe as employee engagement (attachment karayawan into current issues that concern every company related jobs and many provide good benefits for companies, employees themselves as well as for the wider community. One of the factors to improve Engagement is the presence a strong corporate culture and good. Therefore in this study examined the subject of organizational culture can improve engagament employees themselves. As for some of the objectives is to find a picture of organizational culture PT. Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero), the picture of employee engagement PT. Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) and the influence of organizational culture on employee engagement. This type of method of research is descriptive and verification with a population of 320 employees operating division of PT. Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) Daop 3 Cirebon and the respondent amounted to 83 employees. The analysis technique used is the Pearson product moment correlation coefficient and simple regression analysis. Hypothesis testing using t-test to see the effect partially. The results showed the organizational culture and employee engagament in the category is quite high. Results of calculation of 0,488, meaning that the variable of organizational culture and employee engagament have a positive influence with the classification being.
