Abstract

Industri e-commerce semakin berkembang seiring dengan perkembangan pesat teknologi di Indonesia. Marketplace merupakan salah satu jenis e-commerce yang menjadi pilihan transaksi jual beli online di Indonesia. Bukalapak dan Tokopedia sebagai marketplace terbesar di Indonesia menjadi dasar penelitian uji beda untuk mengetahui perbedaan customer interface manakah yang dinilai konsumen lebih baik. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis customer interface Bukalapak menurut konsumen, bagaimana customer interface Tokopedia menurut konsumen dan bagaimana perbedaan antara customer interface Bukalapak dan Tokopedia menurut konsumen. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif dan verifikatif. Subyek penelitian ini adalah konsumen yang pernah merasakan dan berpengalaman dalam mengunjungi situs Bukalapak dan Tokopedia dengan sampel sejumlah 200 responden (masing-masing marketplace 100 responden). Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis Mann-Whitney U-Test dengan menggunakan software SPSS. Hasilnya menunjukan bahwa tidak terdapat perbedaan preferensi konsumen yang signifikan terhadap customer interface pada Bukalapak dan Tokopedia, pada penelitian ini Tokopedia dinilai sedikit lebih unggul oleh responden dalam hal Customer Interface.;---E-commerce industry is more promising due to the rapid development of technology in Indonesia. Marketplace is one of e-commerce types which becomes the choice of online transaction in Indonesia. Bukalapak and Tokopedia as the biggest marketplace in Indonesia become the basic of this different test research to find out which differences in customer interface that were assessed better by the consumers. This research aims to determine and to analyze the customer interface of Bukalapak according to the consumers, the customer interface of Tokopedia according to the consumers and how significant the differences between the customer interface of Bukalapak and Tokopedia according to the the consumers. The methods used in this study are descriptive and verification method. The subject of this research are the consumers that have ever felt and experienced in visiting the site of Bukalapak and Tokopedia with the sample as many as 200 respondents (each marketplace had 100 respondents). Analysis technique used in this study is the analysis of Mann-Whitney U-test using SPSS software. The results of the analysis output Mann-Whitney U-Test showed that there are no significant differences in the preferences of the customer interface between Bukalapak and Tokopedia. Tokopedia assessed better by the respondent.
