Abstract
Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh sifat masyarakat yang individualis, masyarakat tidak mau berpartisipasi dalam pelaksanaan program pemberdayaan yang dilaksanakan oleh LPM sehingga perlu adanya pelaksanaan program penyuluhan perintisan PKBM supaya terpusatnya program pemberdayaan yang diselenggarakan LPM. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah : (1) mendeskripsikan program yang diselenggarakan oleh LPM, (2) mendeskripsikan proses program penyuluhan perintisan PKBM, (3) mendeskripsikan hasil penyuluhan perintisan PKBM. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Peneliti menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Subjek penelitian ini adalah ketua LPM, penyuluh, dan anggota LPM juga sebagai peserta penyuluhan. Berdasarkan pengolahan data dan pembahasan, maka diperoleh kesimpulan (1) program yang dieselenggarakan oleh LPM, merupakan sebagai program yang hanya formalitas hanya untuk adanya keberadaan LPM sehingga (2) terlaksananya program penyuluhan dengan baik karena penyuluh yang mampu menjelaskan materi dengan baik (3) adanya perubahan perilaku seperti pengetahuan, wawasan, dan sikap masyarakat setelah dilaksanakannya program penyuluhan perintisan PKBM.----------This research was motivated by the nature of the individualist society, people do not want to participate in the implementation of development programs implemented by the LPM so that the need for programs of education so that the convergence CLC pioneering empowerment program held LPM. The purpose of this study are: (1) describe a program organized by LPM, (2) describe the process of pioneering educational programs CLC, (3) describe the results of a pilot counseling CLC. This study used a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. Researchers used data collection techniques of interview, observation and documentation. This research subject is the chairman of the LPM, counselor, and members of the LPM participants as well as counseling. Based on data processing and discussion, the conclusion (1) program implemented by LPM, is a program that is only a formality only for the existence of LPM so that (2) the implementation of educational programs well because counselor is able to explain the material well (3) their changes in behavior such as knowledge, insights, and people's attitudes after the implementation of a pilot outreach program CLC.
