Abstract
Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) dibutuhkan untuk meningkatkan kualitas dan integritas kerja di laboratorium. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penerapan good laboratory practice (GLP) di laboratorium Program Studi Pendidikan Teknologi Agroindustri (PTAG). Penerapan GLP ditinjau dari 8 indikator meliputi indikator organisasi, personel, fasilitas, penanganan bahan/sampel, metode/prosedur pengujian, pencatatan dan pelaporan data, keamanan dan keselamatan, serta monitoring dan pengkajian ulang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian desktripif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuisioner. Kuisioner diberikan kepada responder dengan sampel mahasiswa program studi PTAG yang sedang dan telah melaksanakan mata kuliah Riset Agroindustri (RA), yakni mahasiswa angkatan 2012 dan 2013. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan GLP di laboratorium program studi PTAG masuk dalam kategori baik dengan penerapan sebesar 77%.;---Good laboratory practice (GLP) is recommended to increase the quality and integrity of study in laboratory. This research aims to analyze the good laboratory practice (GLP) implementation at Program Studi Pendidikan Teknologi Agroindustri (PTAG) department’s laboratory. The GLP implementation was reviewed by 8 indicators consist of organization, personal, facility, sample or material handling, method or procedure testing, record-keeping and data reportage, security and safety, also monitoring and reassessment. Descriptive method with quantitative approach was used in this research. Questionnaire was selected to be the research instruments. The sample of questionnaire responders were the class of 2012 and 2013 PTAG students who were doing or already done the Riset Agroindustri (RA) subject. The research show that the GLP implementation at PTAG department’s laboratory was qualified as good category with implementation of 77%.
