Abstract

ABSTRAK Mata kuliah Riset Agroindustri merupakan salah satu mata kuliah wajib yang termasuk dalam kategori Mata Kuliah Keahlian Program Studi (MKK Prodi) dengan bobot 4 SKS dan sebagai salah satu syarat untuk memperoleh gelar Sarjana (S-1). Indikator pencapaian mata kuliah ini adalah mahasiswa mampu menulis karya tulis ilmiah dengan analisis berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan selama pelaksanaan riset. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui dan memberikan rekomendasi supaya dapat meningkatkan kualitas pelaksanaan mata kuliah riset agroindustri. Berdasarkan hasil survei, diketahui bahwa ada beberapa hal yang menjadi kendala dalam pelaksanaan mata kuliah riset agroindustri, sehingga perlu dilakukan perbaikan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu dengan menggunakan metode focused quality. Metode ini merupakan salah satu metode yang digunakan untuk mengetahui keinginan mahasiswa dan sebagai upaya perbaikan untuk meningkatkan kualitas pelaksanaan mata kuliah riest agroindustri. Terdapat enam tahapan yang dilakukan pada metode ini, diantaranya penyusunan proses kunci, penyusunan faktor sukses kritis, perhitungan jumlah dampak, perhitungan kinerja proses, perhitungan kesenjangan kinerja proses, perhitungan kesenjangan terbobot, penentuan prioritas, dan pembuatan matrik prioritas. Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa kualitas pelaksanaan mata kuliah riset agroindustri masih berada pada taraf kualitas pelaksanaan yang cukup baik. Upaya untuk meningkatkan kualitas pelaksanaan tersebut dapat dilakukan dengan cara melakukan perbaikan sesuai skala prioritas dan strategi perbaikan. ;---Agro-Industry Research subjects is one of the compulsory subjects are included in the category of core subjects Study Program (Prodi MKK) with a weight of 4 credits and as one of the requirements to obtain a Bachelor's degree (S-1). Indicators of achievement of this course is that students are able to write a scientific paper with the analysis based on the results of research conducted during the course of the research. The purpose of this study is to determine and provide recommendations in order to improve the quality of agro-industry research subjects. Based on the survey results, it is known that there are some things that become obstacles in the implementation of agro-industrial research subjects, so it needs to be improved. The method used in this research is by using quality focused. This method is one method used to determine the wishes of students and as an improvement efforts to improve the quality of the courses riest agro-industry. There are six steps being taken in this method, including the preparation of key processes, the preparation of a critical success factor, the calculation of the amount of impact, performance calculation process, the performance gap calculation process, the calculation of the weighted gaps, prioritization and manufacture a priority matrix. The study states that the quality of agro-industry research subject is still at the level of implementation of fairly good quality. Efforts to improve the quality of the implementation can be done by doing the appropriate repair priorities and strategies for improvement.
