Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji Pengaruh Kepemimpinan Otentik Kepala Madrasah, Pengembangan Kapasitas Guru dan Manajemen Pengetahuan terhadap Kinerja Mengajar Guru pada Madrasah Aliyah di Kota Bandung. Pendekatan kuantitatif digunakan dalam penelitian ini dengan metode deskriptif analitik melalui teknik Survei, uji korelasional dan regresi ganda digunakan untuk mengukur pengaruh antar variabel dengan partisipan 225 guru MA di Kota Bandung. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan otentik kepala madrasah, pengembangan kapasitas guru dan manajemen pengetahuan secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja mengajar guru. Pengaruh kepemimpinan otentik kepala madrasah terhadap kinerja mengajar guru berkategori tinggi, pada aspek value dan purpose berkategori tinggi, aspek Heart, relationship-transparansi dan self-Discipline berkategori sedang atau cukup tinggi. Pengaruh pengembangan kapasitas guru terhadap kinerja mengajar guru dengan kategori sedang atau cukup tinggi, urutan kekuatan korelasinya ada pada aspek kebijakan, jaminan mutu, dampak dan pengelolaan pengembang kapasitas guru. Pengaruh manajemen pengetahuan terhadap kinerja mengajar guru teridentifikasi sedang atau cukup tinggi, urutan kekuatan korelasinya ada pada aspek personal, prosedur dan teknologi. Pengaruh kepemimpinan otentik kepala madrasah dan pengembangan kapasitas guru terhadap kinerja mengajar guru teridentifikasi tinggi. Pengaruh kepemimpinan otentik kepala madrasah dan manajemen pengetahuan terhadap kinerja mengajar guru teridentifikasi tinggi. Pengaruh pengembangan kapasitas guru dan manajemen pengetahuan terhadap kinerja mengajar guru teridentifikasi cukup tinggi. Kata kunci: kepemimpinan otentik, pengembangan Kapasitas, manajemen pengetahuan, kinerja mengajar guru The aim of the research is to analyze how the influence of authentic leadership of Islamic school principal, teacher capacity building and knowledge management to teaching performance of teacher Islamic secondary school in Bandung. The research method is quantitative and descriptive with survey method correlation and regression. These method for measuring variables from 225 teachers as respondent. The findings generate that authentic leadership of Islamic school headmaster, teacher capacity building and knowledge management influenced significantly to teaching performance of madrasah teacher. The influence of authentic leadership to teaching performance is high, focused on value and purpose of teaching, meanwhile heart, relationship transparency and self-discipline in teaching is medium and high category. The influence of teacher capacity building to teaching performance is medium and high enough and coefficient of correlation on school policy, quality assurance, impact and teacher capacity building management. The influence of knowledge management to teaching performance is identified medium and high enough and correlation coefficient is on personal, procedure and technology. The Influence of authentic leadership, teacher capacity building to teaching performance is identified high category. The influence of teaching capacity building and knowledge management to teaching performance is identified in high enough.
