Abstract

Salah satu persoalan yang dialami oleh kaum perempuan yaitu kesetaraan gender, sehingga mereka tidak memilki pendidikan dan pengetahuan yang tinggi dan menjadikan perempuan tidak tahu apa-apa dan tidak mempunyai keterampilan yang bisa mereka kembangkan. Hal tersebut membuat pemerintah bergerak dengan memberikan pendidikan non formal untuk perempuan khususnya permpuan kepala keluarga. Pendidikan tersebut berupa penyuluhan program kecakapan hidup untuk meningkatkan motivasi berprestasi wirausaha untuk membantu mereka bangkit dari keterpurukan. Objek penelitian ini adalah anggota kelompok PEKKA di Kota Bandung yang berada dibawah naungan BP3AKB Jawa Barat. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui pengaruh penyuluhan kecakapan hidup terhadap motivasi berprestasi wirausaha. Variabel bebas dalam penelitian ini adalah penyuluhan kecakapan hidup (X), dan variabel terikat adalah motivasi berprestasi wirausaha (Y), dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan metode deskriptif. Alat pengumpulan data yang digunakan berupa angket, penelitian ini menggunakan teknik penarikan sampel Slovin dimana jumlah populasi anggota PEKKA. Hasil penelitian terhadap pengujian hipotesis dapat diketahui bahwa penyuluhan kecakapan hidup berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi berprestasi wirausaha pada kelompok perempuan kepala keluarga. Terdapat pula hubungan antara penyuluhan program kecakapan hidup dengan motivasi berprestasi wirausaha dengan hasil signifikansi.;---One of the problems experienced by women is gender equality, so that they do not have the education and knowledge is high and makes women do not know anything and do not have the skills they can develop. This makes the government's move to provide non-formal education for women, especially permpuan heads of households. The form of counseling education life skills programs to improve achievement motivation of entrepreneurs to help them emerge from the downturn. The object of this study is the PEKKA group in Bandung, which is under the auspices BP3AKB West Java. The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of life skills education to entrepreneurial achievement motivation. The independent variables in this study is the extension of life skills (X), and the dependent variable is the entrepreneurial achievement motivation (Y), using a quantitative approach and descriptive methods. Data collection tool that is used in the form of questionnaires, this study uses sampling techniques Slovin where the total population PEKK members. The study of hypothesis testing showed that life skills counseling and significant positive effect on achievement motivation of entrepreneurs in the group of women heads of households. There is also a relationship between education life skills programs and achievement motivation of entrepreneurs with significant results.
