Abstract
Desa Cibeusi merupakan salah satu desa yang memiliki potensi untuk dijadikan sebagai desa wisata di Kabupaten Subang. Potensi yang dimiliki berupa potensi alam, budaya dan kuliner. Namun, kurangnya pemahaman serta kesiapan dari masyarakat tentang bagaimana mengemas desa wisata dengan baik. Berdasarkan fenomena ini, peneliti bermaksud untuk meneliti suatu perencanaan desa wisata melalui pendekatan pemberdayaan masyarakat lokal. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian Mix Methode yang merupakan penggabungan dari metode penelitian kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Analisis dalam penelitian ini meliputi : Analisis Potensi dan Kendala, Analisis Kuisioner dan Analisis Parsitipatory Rural Appraisal (PRA). Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah 1) untuk menggambarkan potensi dan kendala wisata di Desa Cibeusi, 2) menggambarkan persepsi masyarakat terhadap desa wisata, 3) menyusun konsep perencananaan desa wisata yang disusun berdasarkan pada aspirasi dan keinginan masyarakat Desa Cibeusi ( Community Based Tourism ). Sehingga, Desa Cibeusi diharapkan dapat menjadi desa wisata yang maju dan berkembang atas pemberdayaan masyarakat dalam pengembangannya.;--- Cibeusi Village is one of potential village become rural tourism in Subang District. Many potentials owned in the village wich are natural potential, cultural and culinary. However, lack of understanding and won’t prepared well from community about how to organize and package rural tourism. Based on this phenomena, researcher intend to examine the rural tourism planning based on community empowerment. This study research design mix method which is a combination of qualitative and quantitatife research method. The analyisis in this study include: Analysis of Potential and Constraints, Analysis Questionnaire, and Analysis Parsitipatory Rural Appraisal ( PRA ). The purpose of this research are 1) to describe the potential and obstacles tourism in Cibeusi Village, 2) describe community perception about rural tourism, 3) arrange a concept based on the aspirations and whises of the villagers Cibeusi (Community Based Tourism). Thus, the Village Cibeusi expected to be a tourist village that developed and developing on public participation in its development.
