Abstract
Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh adanya lembaga kursus yang banyak menghasilkan lulusan berkualitas yang bekerja pada perusahaan-perusahaan garmen di kawasan Dayeuhkolot Kabupaten Bandung, yang dikenal sebagai pusat industri tekstil. Lulusan yang berkualitas sebagai produk hasil belajar peserta didik, salah satunya dipengaruhi oleh kompetensi yang dimiliki instruktur. Masalah penelitian difokuskan pada rumusan masalah “bagaimana kontribusi kompetensi instruktur terhadap hasil belajar peserta didik level II kursus menjahit di LPK Putra Kuncana 2 Bandung?”. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan mendeskripsikan seberapa besar kontribusi kompetensi instruktur terhadap hasil belajar peserta didik level II kursus menjahit di LPK Putra Kencana 2 Bandung. Konsep yang mendukung dalam penelitian ini adalah konsep kompetensi, konsep hasil belajar,dan konsep kursus. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan menggunakan angket yang disebar kepada peserta didik level II sebanyak 30 orang. Temuan penelitian menunjukan bahwa terdapat kontribusi kompetensi instruktur yang berbeda-beda, yaitu : (1) terdapat kontribusi kompetensi pedagogik instruktur yang signifikan terhadap hasil belajar peserta didik level II kursus menjahit di LPK Putra Kencana 2 Bandung, (2) terdapat kontribusi kompetensi kepribadian instruktur yang tidak signifikan terhadap hasil belajar peserta didik level II kursus menjahit di LPK Putra Kencana 2 Bandung, (3) terdapat kontribusi kompetensi sosial instruktur yang tidak signifikan terhadap hasil belajar peserta didik level II kursus menjahit di LPK Putra Kencana 2 Bandung, (4) terdapat kontribusi kompetensi profesional instruktur yang tidak signifikan terhadap hasil belajar peserta didik level II kursus menjahit di LPK Putra Kencana 2 Bandung, (5) terdapat kontribusi kompetensi instruktur yang signifikan terhadap hasil belajar peserta didik level II kursus menjahit di LPK Putra Kencana 2 Bandung. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah terdapat kompetensi instruktur yang signifikan terhadap hasil belajar peserta didik level II kursus menjahit di LPK Putra Kencana 2 Bandung. ;---This research is motivated by the course that many institutions to produce qualified graduates who work for companies garment in Bandung regency Dayeuhkolot area, known as the center of the textile industry. Graduates are qualified as a product of learning outcomes of students, one of which is influenced by the competence of the instructor. The research problem is focused on the formulation of the problem of "how to contribute to the learning outcomes instructor competence learners II level sewing courses at LPK Putra Kuncana 2 Bandung?". This study aims to identify and describe how big contribution instructor competence on learning outcomes learners II level sewing courses at LPK Putra Kencana 2 Bandung. The concept that supports this research is the concept of competency, the concept of learning outcomes, and the concept of the course. This research uses descriptive method with quantitative approach. The data collection technique was performed using a questionnaire that was distributed to the students level II as many as 30 people. The findings of this research show that there is a contribution of competence instructors different, namely: (1) there is a contribution pedagogical instructors are significant to the study of students level II sewing course at LPK Putra Kencana 2 Bandung, (2) there is a contribution of personal competence instructors not significant to the study of students level II sewing course in LPK Putra Kencana 2 Bandung, (3) there is a contribution of the social competence of instructors that are not significant to the study of students level II sewing course in LPK Putra Kencana 2 Bandung, (4) there is a contribution professional competence of instructors is not significant to the study of students level II sewing course in LPK Putra Kencana 2 Bandung, (5) there is a significant contribution to the instructor competency learning outcomes of students level II sewing course in LPK Putra Kencana 2 Bandung. It is concluded that there are significant instructor competence on learning outcomes learners II level sewing courses at LPK Putra Kencana 2 Bandung.
