Abstract

Tempat Pembuangan Akhir (TPA) sampah Kopiluhur merupakan TPA yang terletak di Kelurahan Argasunya yang merupakan satu-satunya TPA yang masih difungsikan di Kota Cirebon, didirikan sejak tahun 1998 dengan luas lahan TPA 9,6 Ha dengan rata-rata sampahyang masuk perhari mencapai 60 ton, metode penanganan sampah menggunkan sistem open dumping mengakibatkan sampah terus menumpuk setiap harinya. Jarak perumahan dengan TPA sampah Kopiluhur sangat dekat yaitu hanya 80 meter, hal inilah yang dapat memberikan dampak fisik maupun sosial ekonomi terhadap masyarakat sekitar. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis dampak TPA terhadap kondisi lingkungan fisik sekitar dan menganalisis dampak TPA terhadap kondisi lingkungan sosial ekonomi penduduk sekitar. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif dengan teknik survey dengan dibagi menurut jarak dengan TPA yaitu, jarak terdekat dengan TPA 80 – 454 meter, jarak menengah 455 – 829meter, dan jarak terjauh 830 – 1204 meter. Analisis statistik yang digunakan adalah regresi linear berganda. Hasilpenelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa padajarak terdekat terhadap lingkungan fisikterjadi pencemaran bakteri Fecal Coliform pada sumur warga dan aliran Ci Jaga akibat meresapnya air lindi dari TPA udara tersasa sangat berbau, tanah tidak subur dan kondisi jalan rusak, lingkungan sosial masyarakat mendapatkan mata pencaharian tetapi kualitas kesehatan menurun. Jarak menengah pada lingkungan fisik yaitu udara terasa kotor dan bau sedangkan dampak sosial ekonomi masyrakat mendapatkan mata pencaharian dan pendapatan, jarak terjauh dengan TPA tidak ada dampak yang signifikan terjadi pada jarak ini.;--- Kopiluhur waste Final Disposal (TPA) is a final disposal that located in Argasunya Village which is the only final disposal that still functioned in Cirebon City, it were established since 1998 with 9,6 ha land area and the average of incoming waste per day reached 60 tons, the method to handle the waste system is using open dumping system which causing the waste continues to accumulate each day.Distance between housing with Kopiluhur waste final disposal is very close which only 80 meters, it gives the impact physically nor sosioeconomic towards society around. The aim of this research is to analyze the impact of final disposal towards surrounding physical environment and to analyze the impact of final disposal towards surrounding population socioeconomic environment.This research using quantitative descriptive method with survey techniques and divided by distance to final disposal with the closest distance range to final disposalis 80 – 454meters, medium range distance is 455 – 829 meters and the farthest range distance is 830 – 1204 meters. Statistical analysis that is used is multiple linear regression.This research results shows that bacteria Fecal Coliform contamination exists in people wells and Ci Jaga streams inthe shortest range distance towards physical environment resulted by leachate that sink from final disposal, air felt smelly, soil were not fertile, dan roads were damaged, the social environment earn livelihood but the health quality is declined.Medium range distance on the physical environment is the air was so dirty and smelly while the socioeconomic impact is society earn their livelihood and income, and for the farthest range distance to final disposal have no significant impact occurs at this distance.
