Abstract

Globalisasi memacu persaingan antar industri semakin sengit. Ironisnya kinerja karyawan selaku salah satu kunci kesuksesan suatu perusahaan masih menjadi masalah utama terjadinya penurunan pada berbagai bidang seperti industri manufaktur perkayuan, tekstil, kertas, karet dan permesinan. Tantangan yang harus dihadapi kalangan industri manufaktur perkayuan kedepan adalah kualitas sumber daya manusia yang selama ini masih dinilai belum sesuai dengan kebutuhan industri, dimana kinerja karyawan dinilai masih relatif rendah sehingga mempengaruhi kinerja perusahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh (1) gambaran kelelahan kerja (burnout) pada karyawan bagian produksi PT. Lestari Mahaputra Buana Padalarang Bandung. (2) gambaran disiplin kerja pada karyawan bagian produksi PT. Lestari Mahaputra Buana Padalarang Bandung. (3) gambaran kinerja pada karyawan bagian produksi PT. Lestari Mahaputra Buana Padalarang Bandung. (4) pengaruh kelelahan kerja (burnout) dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan bagian produksi PT. Lestari Mahaputra Buana Padalarang Bandung. (5) pengaruh kelelahan kerja (burnout) terhadap kinerja karyawan bagian produksi PT. Lestari Mahaputra Buana Padalarang Bandung. (6) pengaruh disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan bagian produksi PT. Lestari Mahaputra Buana Padalarang Bandung. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif, verifikatif. Metode yang digunakan adalah explanatory survey dengan teknik sampel yaitu systematic random sampling menggunakan sampling jenuh yang berjumlah 100 responden. Teknik analisa data yang digunakan adalah regresi liniear berganda dengan alat bantu software komputer Statistical Product for Service Solutions (SPSS) 23.0 for windows. Berdasarkan hasil temuan, menunjukkan secara simultan variabel kelelahan kerja (burnout) (X1) dan disiplin kerja (X2) memiliki pengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Secara parsial pun kedua variabel menunjukkan adanya pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kata kunci: Kelelahan Kerja (Burnout), Disiplin Kerja, Kinerja Pegawai. Challenges to be faced by the wood manufacturing industry in the future is the quality of human resources, which is still considered not in accordance with the needs of industry, where employees performance is still considered relatively low thus affecting the performance of the company. This study aimed to obtain (1) overview of job burnout in the production employees PT. Lestari Mahaputra Buana Padalarang Bandung. (2) overview of labor discipline in the production employees PT. Lestari Mahaputra Buana Padalarang Bandung. (3) overview of performance on the production employees PT. Lestari Mahaputra Buana Padalarang Bandung. (4) the effect of job burnout & work discipline on the performance of the production employees PT. Lestari Mahaputra Buana Padalarang Bandung. (5) the effect of job burnout on the performance of the production employees PT. Lestari Mahaputra Buana Padalarang Bandung. (6) the effect of discipline on the performance of the production employees PT. Lestari Mahaputra Buana Padalarang Bandung. The study uses descriptive, verificative technique. The method used in this study is expalanatory survey twith systematic random sampling technique with the total sample is 100 respondent. Data analysis technique used is a multiple linear regression with SPSS computer software tools 23.0 for windows. Based on research job burnout and work discipline has influence significantly of employees performance as simultanously and parcial. Keywords: Job Burnout, Discipline Work, Employee Performance.
