Abstract
Banjir merupakan suatu keadaan terjadinya luapan/limpasan yang disebabkan besarnya debit aliran suatu badan air sehingga melampaui kapasitas daya tampung badan air tersebut. Kondisi ini terjadi pada aliran Sungai Cisangkuy yang mengalami luapan pada daerah hilir sungai. Luapan Sungai Cisangkuy saat hujan deras sering menyebabkan banjir yang merendam pemukiman beberapa desa. Desa-desa yang terkena luapan sungai Cisangkuy diantaranya desa-desa yang berada di kecamatan Baleendah, kecamatan Dayeuhkolot, kecamatan Bojongsoang dan kecamatan Banjaran. Analisa hidrologi dilakukan dengan menggunakan Hidrograf Satuan Sintetik (HSS) metode Snyder’s. Analisa hidrolika dilakukan dengan pemodelan menggunakan perangkat lunak HEC-RAS 4.1. Hasil analisa pada skenario debit banjir periode ulang 25 tahun (Q25), banjir pada penampang hilir mencapai puncaknya pada jam ke 11.00 dengan muka air maksimum pada elevasi +659,12 m. Kecepatan aliran maksimum untuk Q25 adalah 1,907 m/det dan kecepatan rata-rata aliran sebesar 0,938 m/det. Perencanaan pengendalian banjir menggunakan debit banjir rencana Q25 tahun yaitu sebesar 171,127 m3/det. Pada kondisi eksisting, seluruh profil mengalami luapan. Upaya penanggulangan banjir direncanakan dengan menggunakan dinding penahan. Hasil perencanaan dinding penahan pada potongan yang paling kritis, yaitu potongan 130 didapatkan lebar pondasi (B) 3,2 m, kedalaman pondasi (D) 1,4 m dan tinggi dinding penahan (H) 4,2 m. ;--- Flood is a condition when runoff that caused by the high number of water discharge in water bodies passed over the capacity of the water bodies. This situation happens to the river flow of Cisangkuy that experienced overflow at the downstream of the river. The overflow of Cisangkuy River in heavy rain usually caused flood that soaked the housing in some villages. The villages that soaked by Cisangkuy River overflow including villages in Baleendah, Dayeuhkolot, Bojongsoang, and Banjaran. The hydrology analysis is using Synthetic unit of hydrograph, Snyder’s method. The hydraulic analysis modeling is using software named HEC-RAS 4.1. The result of frequent period of flood discharge scenario 25 years (Q25), flood in the downstream section reach it peak at 11.00 o’clock with maximum water surface elevation at +659,12 m. The maximum river flow velocity for Q25 is 1,907 m/s and average river flow velocity is 0,938 m/s. The planning of flood control is using water discharge of Q25 years that is 171,127 m3/s. In the existing condition, the overflow happened in the whole profile. The effort to prevent flood is using retaining wall. The results of retaining wall planned at the most critical cross section, which are width 2,6 m, the depth of foundation is 0,6 m, and the height of the retaining wall is 3,4 m.
