Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan rumusan program bimbingan karier berdasarkan profil pembuatan keputusan karier peserta didik. Masalah penelitian dirumuskan kedalam dua pertanyaan penelitian sebagai berikut. (1) seperti apa profil kemampuan pembuatan keputusan karier peserta didik?, (2) seperti apa rumusan program bimbingan karier berdasarkan profil kemampuan pembuatan keputusan karier peserta didik?. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Anggota populasi penelitian yaitu seluruh peserta didik kelas XII MAN I Kota Bandung Tahun Ajaran 2010/2011. Sampel penelitian merupakan sampling jenuh yakni seluruh anggota populasi digunakan sebagai sampel, berjumlah 239 peserta didik dari Program studi IPA dan IPS. Penelitian menghasilkan (1) gambaran umum kemampuan pembuatan keputusan karier peserta didik (2) rumusan program bimbingan karier berdasarkan profil kemampuan pembuatan keputusan karier peserta didik. Rekomendasi penelitian ditujukan kepada guru bimbingan konseling dan peneliti selanjutnya. (1) guru bimbingan dan konseling dapat menggunakan rumusan program bimbingan karier yang telah disusun berdasarkan analisis kebutuhan sebagai bahan rujukan dalam pelaksanaan layanan bimbingan karier di sekolah (2) peneliti selanjutnya dapat menggunakan program bimbingan karier ini dalam penelitian eksperimen semu dan eksperimen, yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan pembuatan keputusan karier peserta didik MA, SMA dan SMK. This Research has a purpose to formulate career guidance based on career making decision of the student. The research problem was formulted into two questions below: 1. How is the profile of ability in career decision making of the student? 2. How is the formulation career guidance based on career decision making of the student? The approach used is the Quantitatif and descriptive Method. The populations are all the students grade XII of Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Bandung period 2010-2011. The research sample is saturation sampling that all the the populations used as samples, there are 239 students from Science Program and Social program. The results of this research are: 1. The General description of the ability in career decision making of the student (2) the formulation of career guidance based on making decision of student career. This research is recommended for Guidance and Counseling teachers and researcher later.(1) Guidance and Counseling teachers can use the formulation of guidance career program arranged based onneeds analysis as the reference materials in giving career guidance at school. (2) For the researcher later can use guidance career program visible experiment research and the experiment to enhance the ability of making career decision of the student high school .
