Abstract

Penilaian merupakan informasi mengenai hasil belajar secara kognitif, afektif dan psikomotor maka diperlukan suatu penilaian yang dapat mengukur hasil belajar siswa yang tidak hanya bisa diukur dengan nilai rata-rata tes formatif dan sumatif dengan titik tekan pada domain kognitif saja, tetapi secara menyeluruh untuk memperoleh hasil penilaian portofolio pada pembelajaran Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan. Metode penilaian portofolio pada pembelajaran Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa lebih baik. Subyek penelitian adalah kelas X-1 dan kelas X-4 di SMA Lab. School UPI. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji penggunaan penilaian portofolio sebagai penilaian dalam proses pembelajaran Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan di SMA Lab. School UPI. Dengan menggunakan metode penelitian studi kuasi eksperimen dan teknik pendekatan kuantitatif. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa hasil rata-rata pretes kelas eksperimen yaitu 54,1 dan pretes pada kelas kontrol yaitu 53,5. Sedangkan hasil rata-rata hasil postes pada kelas eksperimen 73,5 dan postes pada kelas kontrol yaitu 69,0. Hal ini menunjukkan adanya peningkatan hasil belajar siswa dengan peningkatan pada aspek dengan hasil gain yaitu kelas eksperimen memperoleh skor gain yaitu 5,2 dan skor gain kelas kontrol yaitu 3,9. Rata-rata penilaian hasil belajar siswa dapat mengukur kemampuan siswa, perkembangan belajar serta prestasi hasil belajar siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara konsep pemahaman guru terhadap penilaian portofolio sudah lebih baik. Namun ditemukan bahwa guru masih mengalami kesulitan dalam merancang penilaian portofolio secara khusus. Hasil perencanaan yang dirancang guru yaitu perangkat pembelajaran berupa silabus, Rencana Pelaksanaan Pembelajaran (RPP) dan sistem penilaian. Dengan hasil penelitian, penulis merekomendasi bahwa hendaknya guru agar dapat lebih mengembangkan pembelajaran dalam merancang perangkat pembelajaran yang baik, menentukan strategi mengajar yang lebih tepat dan diharapkan pada pihak terkait yaitu kepala sekolah hendaknya memberikan pelaksanaan pembinaan terhadap guru dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran, penilaian kinerja guru, pembinaan dan pelatihan professional guru. ; ---- Assessment of the information on the results of the study on cognitive, affective and psychomotor then needed an assessment that can measure student learning outcomes that can be measured not only by the average value of formative and summative tests with point press on the cognitive domain only, but thoroughly to get the learning assessment in civic education. This research aims to study the use of portfolio assessment as a process of learning assessment in civic education in a HIGH SCHOOL Lab. School UPI. By using a quasi experimental study on research methods and techniques of quantitative approaches. Results of the analysis of the data indicates that the average of 54,1 pretest class experiment and the control class pretest 53.5. While the results of the average results of experiment classes at 73.5 post test and post test on a Controll class that is 69,0. This indicates an increase in student learning outcomes by improving on aspect with the results of the experimental class gain obtained a score gain of 5,2 and score gain control class that is 3.9. The average student learning outcomes assessment can measure student ability, the development of learning as well as student learning outcome achievement. The results showed that teachers ' understanding of concepts in the assessment portfolio is already better. However it was found that teachers still have difficulties in designing an assessment portfolio in particular. Teacher designed plan results that is learning devices in the form of the syllabus, Study implementation plan (RPP) and the scoring system. The results of the study, the authors recommend that teachers ought to be able to better develop learning in designing a good learning tool, determining a more appropriate teaching strategies and expected in the relevant parties that is principals should provide implementation guidance to teachers in implementing performance assessment, teacher learning, coaching and training professional teachers.
