Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan yang melayani (servant leadership) dan iklim organisasi terhadap kinerja pegawai di lingkungan Kantor Pusat Administrasi Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia (UPI). Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dan ditunjang oleh studi bibliografi. Populasi dalam penelitian adalah seluruh pegawai administrasi di lingkungan kantor pusat administrasi UPI yang berjumlah 255 orang. Sedangkan sampelnya berjumlah 72 orang yang diperoleh melalui teknik Simple Random sampling dengan analisis data menggunakan uji korelasi, signifikansi korelasi, determinasi dan regresi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) kepemimpinan yang melayani (servant leadership) memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai administrasi di lingkungan kantor pusat administrasi UPI yaitu sebesar 21,6%; (2) iklim organisasi memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai administrasi di lingkungan kantor pusat administrasi UPI yaitu sebesar 36,9%; dan (3) kepemimpinan yang melayani dan iklim organisasi secara bersama-sama memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pengawai administrasi di lingkungan kantor pusat administrasi UPI yaitu sebesar 36,7%. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan yang melayani, iklim organisasi, dan kinerja pegawai administrasi di lingkungan kantor pusat administrasi UPI sudah berada dalam kondisi cukup baik. Namun demikian, perlu terus ditingkatkan secara berkelanjutan sehingga dapat memberikan kontribusi yang positif bagi UPI untuk menjadi leading and outstanding dalam bidang pendidikan.;--- This study aims to identify and analyze the effect of servant leadership (servant leadership) and organizational climate on employee performance at the Central Office Administration Indonesian Education University (UPI). The method used in this research is descriptive method with quantitative approach and supported by bibliographic studies. The population in the study were all employees of the administration in the administrative headquarters UPI totaling 255 people. While the sample amounted to 72 people obtained through simple random sampling technique with data analysis using correlation, significance of the correlation, determination and regression analysis. The results showed that (1) leadership airport (servant leadership) has a positive and significant effect on the performance of the administrative staff in the administrative headquarters UPI is 21.6%; (2) organizational climate has a positive and significant effect on the performance of the administrative staff in the administrative headquarters UPI is 36.9%; and (3) of servant leadership and organizational climate together have a positive and significant effect on the performance of the administration in office environments pengawai administrative center UPI is 36.7%. Based on the results showed that servant leadership, organizational climate, and the performance of administrative staff in the administrative headquarters UPI already are in fairly good condition. However, it should be improved in a sustainable manner so as to contribute positively to the UPI to be the leading and outstanding in the field of education.
