Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan di SMK Pasundan 1 Bandung kelas X dan kelas XI Akuntansi tahun ajaran 2015/2016 mengenai pengaruh kinerja guru terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran akuntansi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan kinerja guru dan hasil belajar siswa dan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kinerja guru terhadap hasil belajar siswa. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif dengan jenis penelitian verifikatif, data diperoleh dengan menyebarkan angket kepada responden yaitu siswa kelas X dan kelas XI Akuntansi di SMK Pasundan 1 Bandung. Teknik sampling yang digunakan yaitu Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling, diperoleh sampel sebanyak 122 siswa dari jumlah populasi sebanyak 174 siswa. Data diolah dengan menggunakan teknik analisis korelasi Pearson Product Moment sedangkan pengujian hipotesis dilakukan dengan menggunakan uji t. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kinerja guru berpengaruh positif terhadap hasil belajar siswa. Berdasarkan nilai korelasi (r) sebesar 0,225, nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 0,50%, uji t diperoleh thitung > ttabel yaitu 2,524 > 1,657 dan nilai signifikansi < 0,05 yaitu 0,013. Berdasarkan koefisien determinasi maka kinerja guru berpengaruh positif terhadap hasil belajar siswa sebesar 5% sementara sisanya 95% ditentukan oleh faktor lain.;--- This research was conducted at the high school accounting class X and accounting class XI SMK Pasundan 1 Bandung academic year 2015/2016 about the influence of teacher performance to students learning outcome the accounting subjects. The purpose of this study was to describe the performance teacher and learning outcome and to determine influence of teacher performance to students learning outcome. The method that used in this research was descriptive research with the verification type, the data obtained by distributing questionnaries to the respondents, a class X and class XI student of Accounting at SMK Pasundan 1 Bandung. The sampling technique that used was by proportionate stratified random sampliing, obtained a sample of 122 students of total population of 174 students. The data were processed using the technique of Pearson product moment, whereas hypotesis testing was done by t test. The research shows that teacher performance positive impact on student learning outcome. Based on the value of the correlation (r) of 0,225, the coefficient of determination of 0,50, the t test obtained tcount > ttable, 2,524 > 1,657 and significant value <0,05, namely 0,013. Based on the coefficient determination teacher performance positive impact on students learning outcome by 5% while the remaining 95% is determined by other factors.
