Abstract

Peningkatan kekakuan struktur dapat dilakukan dengan cara menambahkan sistem pengaku pada bangunan. Eccentrically Braced Frame (EBF) merupakan salah satu pengaku yang dapat memberikan mekanisme yang stabil dalam mendisipasi energi gempa dengan baik karena sistem ini merupakan sistem gabungan antara MRF dan CBF. Penampang lain seperti balok dan braced di disain untuk lebih kuat dari link. Panjang link merupakan parameter yang mengontrol kelakuan inelastis pada link. Ada tiga konfigurasi EBF diantaranya D-braced EBF, Split-K braced EBF dan V-braced EBF. Objek penelitian ini adalah sistem struktur rangka baja dengan tinggi tujuh lantai menggunakan pengaku Eccentrically Braced Frame (EBF) konfigurasi D braced dan Split-K dengan panjang link 0,5 m. Analisis dilakukan untuk melihat perubahan simpangan horizontal, periode struktur, dan tahanan momen penampang beam outside link pada model struktur tanpa pengaku yang dibandingkan dengan model struktur berpengaku Eccentrically Braced Frame (EBF) konfigurasi D braced dan Split-K. Hasil analisis menunjukkan penggunaan EBF tipe D braced dan Split-K dapat mereduksi simpangan arah-x sebesar 58% dan 66% sementara simpangan arah-y sebesar 62% dan 72%. Periode getar struktur yang terjadi pada model D braced dan Split-K EBF juga mengalami penurunan sebesar 4% dan 5%. Sedangkan untuk penampang balok setelah pemasangan pengaku EBF konfigurasi D braced dan Split-K dapat direduksi sebesar 47% dengan meninjau dari tahanan momen pada profil penampang balok. ; --- Increased stiffness of structure can be done by adding a stiffener systems in buildings. Eccentrically braced frame (EBF) is one of the stiffeners which can provide a stable mechanism to dissipate seismic energy decently because EBF is hybrid system between moment resisting frames (MRF) and concentrically braced frames (CBF). Other members like a beam and braced are designed to be stronger than the link. There are three configurations including D braced EBF, Split-K braced, and V-braced EBF. The object of this research is steel frame structure system with a seven story building that used Eccentrically Braced Frame (EBF) stiffener configuration of D braced and Split-K with a link length of 0.5 m. Analysis was performed to see drift changes, period of structure, and captivity moment of beam outside link section on model of the existing structure compared with model structure that used Eccentrically Braced Frame (EBF) configuration of D braced and Split-K. The analysis showed that D braced and Split-K EBF can reduce drift of x-axes of 58% and 66%, while y-axes drift of 62% and 72%. Period structures occurring on the model of D braced and Split-K EBF also decreased by 4% and 5%. While for beam section after given EBF stiffeners configuration D braced and Split-K can be reduced 47% by considering of captivity moment on the beam section profile.
