Abstract

Efektivitas manajemen sekolah dalam prakteknya didukung oleh kepemimpinan otentik, budaya sekolah, dan penerimaan TIK yang merupakan adopsi teknologi kedalam manajemen sekolah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan otentik, budaya sekolah, dan penerimaan TIK, baik secara simultan maupun mandiri terhadap efektivitas manajemen sekolah. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah survei kausal. Pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik proporsional random sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 191. Sedangkan analisis data menggunakan statistik deskriptif, statistik inferensial dan analisis jalur. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) kepemimpinan otentik, budaya sekolah dan penerimaan TIK secara simultan berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap efektivitas manajemen sekolah; (2) kepemimpinan otentik dan budaya sekolah secara simultan berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap efektivitas manajemen sekolah; (3) kepemimpinan otentik dan penerimaan TIK secara simultan berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap efektivitas manajemen sekolah; (4) kepemimpinan otentik dan budaya sekolah secara simultan berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap penerimaan TIK; (5) kepemimpinan otentik berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap efektivitas manajemen sekolah; (6) budaya sekolah dan penerimaan TIK berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap efektivitas manajemen sekolah; dan (7) penerimaan TIK berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap efektivitas manajemen sekolah. Kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini adalah kepemimpinan otentik, budaya sekolah dan penerimaan TIK baik secara simultan maupun secara mandiri memiliki pengaruh positif pada efektivitas manajemen sekolah. ; In practice, the effectiveness of school management is supported by authentic leadership, school culture, and the acceptance of ICT, that is, the adoption of new technology into school management. This study aims to determine the influence of authentic leadership, school culture, and ICT acceptance, either simultaneously or independently, on the effectiveness of school management. The method used in this study was a causal survey. The sampling technique used in this study was the proportional random one which ended up with 191 samples in total. The data was analyzed using descriptive statistics, inferential statistics and path analysis. The study found that: (1) authentic leadership, school culture and ICT acceptance had a positive effect simultaneously and significantly on the effectiveness of school management; (2) authentic leadership and school culture had a positive effect simultaneously and significantly on the effectiveness of school management; (3) authentic leadership and the acceptance of ICT had a positive effect simultaneously and significantly on the effectiveness of school management; (4) authentic leadership and school culture had a positive effect simultaneously and significantly on the acceptance of ICT; (5) authentic leadership had a positive effect simultaneously and significantly on the effectiveness of school management; (6) school culture and the acceptance of ICT affected positively and significantly the effectiveness of school management; and (7) the acceptance of ICT affected positively and significantly the effectiveness of school management. This study concludes that authentic leadership, school culture and ICT acceptance, either simultaneously or independently, have a positive influence on the effectiveness of school management.
