Abstract

Pengentasan kemiskinan tidak hanya didorong melalui bekal pengetahuan dan keterampilan, melainkan aspek afeksi menjadi factor utama menumbuhkembang-kan insan yang khaira ummah, yaitu disiplin ilmu agama dan disiplin ilmu pengetahuan. Banyaknya upaya dari berbagai sektor baik pemerintah maupun non pemerintah dalam pengentasan kemiskinan mengalami kegagalan, dikarenakan hanya pemberian bantuan modal dan pelatihan (training) yang menunjang skill, namun pembiasaan (habit) tidak terbentuk, sehingga mengakibatkan kegagalan program. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah : a) Menggambarkan pengelolaan program MiSykat dalam meningkatkan keberdayaan anggota; b) Menggambarkan keberdayaan anggota program MiSykat Daarut Tauhiid; c) Menggambarkan faktor-faktor yang menjadi pendukung dan penghambat penyelenggaraan program MiSykat di Daarut Tauhid; d) Menggambarkan konstruksi model transformasi mustahik ke Muzaki dapat meningkatkan keberdayaan anggota MiSykat di Daarut Tauhiid. Secara metodologis penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Daarut Tauhid Bandung. Subyek penelitian berjumlah 5 orang, terdiri dari 3 orang mustahik, 1 orang penyelenggara dan 1 orang pendamping yang ditunjuk secara purposif. Teknik pengambilan data dengan menggunakan wawancara mendalam (indepthinterview). Temuan yang diperoleh adalah terdeskripsikannya konstruksi model transformasi dari mustahik ke muzaki, melalui upaya penyelenggaraan program yang sistematis, dari tahap rekrutmen dan analisis masalah, pelatihan dan penguatan kompetensi dasar, pendampingan dan pemberian dana usaha menuju kemandirian ekonomi mustahik. Proses kemandirian tidak saja ditunjang aspek knowledge dan skill, melainkan aspek afeksi dalam hal ini pendekatan agamis sebagai penentu keberhasilan dan iklim pembelajaran yang relevan dengan kondisi belajar orang dewasa (adult learner). Sebagai kesimpulan, model ini melahirkan cara belajar yang bermanfaat bagi para mustahik. Proses Ta’lim merupakan aktivitas belajar atau transformasi pengetahuan, sikap dan kecakapan kepada mustahik melalui proses dialog, diskusi, brainstorming, praktik antara instruktur atau pendamping dengan mustahik. Proses Ta’lim didukung pula iklim pembelajaran yang humanis dan agamis, berupa aktivitas pembelajaran yang memusatkan proses pembelajarannya pada peserta didik sebagai subjek belajar yang memiliki pengalaman bermakna dalam hidupnya, disertai dengan aktivitas agamis yang selalu diawali dengan membaca ikrar atau komitmen, materi-materi yang dapat membuka qolbu melalui pengajian, tilawah, terjemah, dantahsin. ; Poverty reduction is not only driven by knowledge and skills aspects, but affective aspect also becomes a major factor to develop people to be Khaira Ummah, which means people who have religious and knowledge disciplines. There are lots of efforts from various sectors of both government and non-government in poverty alleviation have failed. It is because the provisions are only on financial and training to support the skill, but not with the habituation. These make the program failure. The purpose of this study are: a) Describe MiSykat program management in improving the empowerment of members; b) Describe the empowerment of MiSykat program members in Daarut Tauhiid; c) Describe the factors supporting and inhibiting the implementation of the MiSykat program in Daarut Tauhid; d) Describe the construction of model transformation from Mustahik to Muzaki can increase empowerment in Daarut Tauhiid MiSykat members. In term of methodology, this study used a qualitative approach. This research was conducted in Daarut Tauhid Bandung. The subjects include 5 people, consist 3 people of Mustahik, 1 organizer and 1 companion which are appointed purposively. Data collection techniques use in-depth interviews. The findings are the descriptions of transformation model construction from Mustahik to Muzaki. It is done through the implementation of a systematic program, start from the recruitment and problem analysis stage, training and strengthening of basic competencies, and mentoring and funding efforts to build economic independence of Mustahik. The process of independence is not only by knowledge and skill aspects, but also the affective. In this case, religious approach as an influence of success and a learning condition that is relevant with adult learner. As a conclusion, this model recommendation invents a way of learning that is beneficial for Mustahik. Ta'lim is a learning process or transformation of knowledge for Mustahik in terms of attitudes and skills through a dialogue, discussion, brainstorming, and practice between the instructor and facilitator with Mustahik it selves. Ta'lim process supported by humanist and religious process of learning, in the form of learning activities that focus on students as learning subjects that have meaningful experiences in his life. Furthermore, there are religious activities that begin by reading the pledge or commitment, and then the learning process through lectures, recitations (reading Al-Qur’an), translate the meaning of Al-Qur’an, and tahsin (learn the way Moslem read Al-Qur’an) that can stay the heart alive.
