Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh fenomena terjadinya krisis keimanan dan ketaqwaan kepada Allah SWT di kalangan remaja dalam bentuk keengganan mengikuti kegiatan-kegiatan keagamaan, dimana banyaknya siswa yang masih enggan melaksanakan shalat berjamaah yang di adakan di sekolah, tidak bisa membaca kitab suci Al-Quran, melakukan perilaku berbohong, mencontek, melawan kepada guru, menyelewengkan uang sekolah. Kesadaran beragama merupakan penghayatan sikap hidup seseorang berdasarkan nilai-nilai keagamaan yang diyakininya. Melalui pendekatan Sosiodrama yang merupakan suatu cara bimbingan yang memberikan kesempatan kepada siswa untuk mendramatisasikan sikap, tingkah laku atau penghayatan seseorang seperti yang dilakukan dalam hubungan sosial sehari-hari di masyarakat sehingga permasalahan dari fenomena di atas dapat diatasi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui profil kesadaraan beragama siswa MTs Muhammadiyah 2 Surade Sukabumi dan untuk menguji efektivitas sosiodrama untuk meningkatkan kesadaran beragama. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain kuasi eksperimen. Pengambilan sampel secara non random. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sosiodrama efektif untuk meningkatkan kesadaran beragama siswa. Efektivitas Sosiodrama ini terbukti dengan peningkatan gain skor pada kelas eksperimen lebih besar di bandingkan dengan gain skor pada kelas kontrol. Rekomendasi penelitian ini ditujukan kepada: Kepala Sekolah dan Guru BK MTs Muhammadiyah 2 Surade Sukabumi supaya melanjutkan Penerapan Sosiodrama sebagai alternatif dalam melaksanakan bimbingan kepada siswa.;---The background to this research is the crisis of faith and piety to Allah SubhaanahuWata’al (The Most Glorified, the Most High) among adolescents, as shown by their unwillingness to join religious activities; a large number of them who are still hesitant to join congregation praying at school, unable to read the Holy Quran, the behaviors of lying, cheating, rebelling against teachers, and misappropriating school fees; and the like. Religious awareness is an individual’s appreciation of his or her life stance based on the religious values s/he believes. Through socio drama as a guidance technique, students have opportunities to act upon their attitude, behavior or personal characterization which is shown by their social interaction in the community so the problems that stated before will be able to overcome. The research aims to find the profile of religious awareness of students of MTs Muhammadiyah 2 Surade and to test the effectiveness of socio drama in increasing religious awareness. It adopted quantitative approach with a quasi-experimental design. Non random technique was used to get the sample. The results showed that socio drama technique effective in increasing students’ religious awareness. The effectiveness of it was proven by an increase in the gain score of the experimental class that was greater than that of the control class. It is recommended that the Principal and Counselors of MTs Muhammadiyah 2 Surade continue implementing socio drama technique as an alternative guidance technique for students.
