Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan di SMK PGRI 2 Cimahi. Masalah yang dikaji dalam penelitian ini adalah belum optimalnya hasil belajar siswa kelas XI pada program keahlian Administrasi Perkantoran. Fokus kajiannya diarahkan pada metode mengajar guru (X), motivasi belajar siswa (Y), dan hasil belajar siswa (Z). Metode penelitian yang digunakan digunakan adalah metode survey eksplanasi. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket yang disebar kepada 77 responden. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas XI program keahlian Administrasi Perkantoran. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis jalur. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa persepsi siswa terhadap metode mengajar guru berada pada kategori cukup sesuai, motivasi belajar berada pada kategori tinggi, dan hasil belajar berada pada kategori sedang. Berdasarkan hasil analisis jalur, diperoleh hasil bahwa metode mengajar guru berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap hasil belajar siswa baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung melalui motivasi belajar siswa. ;---This research was conducted at SMK PGRI 2 Cimahi. The problem studied in this research is learning outcomes of students were not optimal yet of eleventh grade of Office Administration program. Focus of this study was directed at teaching method (X), learning motivation (Y), and learning outcomes (Z). This research used explanatory survey method. The technique of collecting data used questionnaires that were distributed to 77 respondents. Respondents in this study were all students of eleventh grade of Office Administration program. Data were analyzed using path analysis. The results of data analysis showed that students perceptions of teaching methods are in quite appropriate category, learning motivation in high category, and learning outcomes in moderate category. Based on the analyzed of path analysis, the result revealed that teaching methods has a positive and significant influence on learning outcomes either directly or indirectly through the learning motivation.
