Abstract

Permasalahan dari penelitian ini adalah produksi kecap pada Perusahaan Kecap Segitiga Majalengka masih belum berproduksi secara efisien. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah produksi kecap pada Perusahaan Kecap Segitiga Majalengka di Desa Tonjong Kecamatan Majalengka sudah optimum dan mengetahui skala hasil produksi dari usaha kecap di Perusahaan Kecap Segitiga Majalengka. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode survey dengan pendekatan deskriptif dan teknis analisis data yang digunakan adalah model fungsi Cobb-Douglas. Berdasarkan hasil dari penelitian ini, diperoleh bahwa produksi pada Perusahaan Kecap Segitiga Majalengka masih belum mencapai efisiensi optimum dikarenakan penggunaan faktor produksi tenaga kerja yang belum optimal, juga bahan baku berupa kedelai, gula merah, dan bahan bakar yang belum efisien.. Oleh karena itu, untuk mencapai efisiensi optimum perusahaan harus mengurangi jumlah input atau faktor prooduksinya. Dilihat dari nilai koefsien regresi logaritma linear dari persamaan fungsi Cobb-Douglas, skala hasil produksi pada Perusahaan Kecap Segitiga Majalengka berada pada tahap deacreasing returns to scale atau skala hasil produksi yang menurun. Artinya penambahan jumlah faktor produksi tidak sebanding dengan penambahan outputnya. Pada keadaan ini, perusahaan akan mencapai optimum dengan menurunkan mengurangi jumlah faktor produksi yang digunakan.;--- The problem of this research is production soy sauce on Segitiga Company has still not been producing in an efficient way. This study attempts to find out if the production of Segitiga Soy Sauce Company has been steady and to get to know the returns to scale of the production soy sauce company of Segitiga Company. Research methodology used in this research is a method of survey by approach descriptive and technical data analysis used is the model fuction Cobb-Douglas. Based on the result of the research is, obtained that the production to Segitiga’s Soy Sauce Companystill has not yet reached the efficiency of because the use of steady production factor is not ideal. Also the raw material in te form of soybean, brown sugar and fuel that has not been efficient. Therefore, in order to achieve efficiency, the Company should reduce the number of input or production factor. Seen from the calue of a logarithm linear regession coeficience with fuction Cobb-Dougals of the equation. The scale of produce to Segitiga Company gotten to the poin deacreasing retuns to scale or scales produce is declining. It means production factors adding to the amount is unequal with additional output. On the circumstances of this , the company would be reached by a lowered production factors reduce the number used.
