Abstract
Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh ketidaksesuaian antara rencana dengan aplikasi proses pembelajaran, selain itu rendahnya motivasi, kurangnya kedisiplinan warga sekolah dan minimnya antusias siswa dalam mengikuti pembelajaran dan penyelesaian tugas, serta kurangnya rasa memiliki dan masih adanya keluhan dari warga sekolah terkait sarana prasarana yang berdampak pada kualitas hasil belajar. Penerapan SMM ISO mengatur segala hal tersebut dengan jelas dan terdokumentasi. Oleh karena itu, peneliti melakukan penelitian mengenai pengaruh penerapan SMM ISO terhadap kualitas hasil belajar dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui kualitas hasil belajar siswa sebelum dan setelah penerapan SMM ISO dan mengetahui perbedaan kualitas hasil belajar tersebut, selain itu untuk mengetahui efektifitas penerapan SMM ISO dan mengevaluasi penerapan SMM ISO sebagai bahan untuk perbaikan, serta untuk menambah wawasan tentang penerapan SMM ISO terhadap kualitas hasil belajar. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kausal komparatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Metode yang digunakan adalah studi kasus dengan analisis bivariat. Data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder dengan statistik inferensial menggunakan skala interval. Partisipannya adalah guru-guru SMKN 6 Bandung dan subjek penelitian berjumlah 167 siswa. Penelitian dilakukan di SMKN 6 Bandung dengan cara wawancara dan dokumentasi kemudian di uji menggunakan uji t-test. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa kualitas hasil belajar sebelum dan setelah penerapan SMM ISO termasuk dalam kategori baik dan perbedaan kualitas hasil belajar sebelum dan setelah penerapan SMM ISO berbeda signifikan. Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan SMM ISO berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kualitas hasil belajar menjadi lebih baik.;--- This research is motivated by the discrepancy between the plan with the learning process applications, besides low motivation, students lack of discipline, and lack of enthusiastic students in learning and task completion, as well as the lack of a sense of belonging and still there are complaints of the students related to school infrastructure that will affect the quality of learning outcomes. Implementation of QMS ISO arrange everything is clear and documented. Therefore, researchers conducted a study on the effect of the application of QMS ISO on the quality of learning outcomes with the aim to knowing the quality of student learning outcomes before and after implementation of QMS ISO and know the differences in the quality of the learning outcomes before and after implementation of QMS ISO, also determine the effectiveness of the implementation of QMS ISO and evaluate the implementation of QMS ISO as a source of improvement, as well as to add knowledge about the implementation of QMS ISO on the quality of learning outcomes. This research uses a causal comparative research with a quantitative approach. The method used is a case study with bivariate analysis. The data used is secondary data with inferential statistics using the interval scale. The participants were teachers at the high school vocational 6 Bandung and 167 students. The study was conducted in the high school vocational 6 Bandung by interview and documentation then tested using t-test. The results showed that the quality of learning outcomes before and after implementation of QMS ISO included in both categories and the differences the quality of learning outcomes before and after implementation of QMS ISO differ significantly. It can be concluded that the application of QMS ISO significant effect on the quality of learning outcomes be better.
