Abstract

Penelitian dilatarbelakangi oleh pengaruh faktor-faktor internal dan eksternal terhadap volume penjualan di franchise Pisang Ijo Ala’din. Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian yaitu strategi apa yang paling sesuai bagi franchise Pisang Ijo Ala’din untuk mengembangkan usahanya. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui strategi perkembangan bisnis franchise Pisang Ijo Ala’din berdasarkan analisis SWOT untuk meningkatkan volume penjualan. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dan kuantitatif dengan metode analisis SWOT untuk merumuskan rencana strategi dan strategi usaha dengan cara memanfaatkan setiap kekuatan dan peluang yang ada untuk digabungkan dengan kelemahan dan tantangan yang dihadapi agar dapat diminimalisir sekecil mungkin dengan menggunakan matriks IFAS, EFAS, IE. Di sinilah penulis akan mencoba merumuskan alternatif rencana dari strategi bisnis yang disusun berdasarkan faktor-faktor internal (kekuatan dan kelemahan) dan faktor-faktor eksternal (peluang dan tantangan) yang terdapat pada franchise Pisang Ijo Ala’din dengan menggunakan matriks QSPM (Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix). Hasil analisis alternatif strategi pengembangan bisnis terdapat sembilan alternatif. Dari hasil nilai TAS (Total Attractives Scores) tertinggi sebesar 5,93 diketahui prioritas dari alternatif strategi yaitu meningkatkan dan menjaga kualitas produk.;--- The background of this research is the influence of internal and external factors towards selling volume in Pisang Ijo Ala’din franchise. The research aimed to showed what strategy that the most suitable for Pisang Ijo Ala’din franchise to develop the business. The main purpose of this research is to identify the development strategy for Pisang Ijo Ala’din franchise business based on SWOT analysis for improve the selling volume. The research approach that used is qualitative and quantitative with SWOT analysis method to formulate the strategy plan and business strategy by using every strength and oppurtunities that exist for combine with weakness and in order to face the threat that could be minimized as small as possible by using the matrix IFAS, EFAS and IE. At this point writer will try to formulate an alternative plan through business strategy that arranged based on internal factors (strenght and weakness) and external factors (oppurtunities and threat) that contained on Pisang Ijo Ala’din franchise using matrix QSPM(Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix). Result of analysis of alternative strategies of business development there are nine alternative. With the value TAS (Total Attractives Scores) top of 5,93 it is known that the priority of alternative strategies of improve and maintain the quality of products.
