Abstract
Skripsi ini berjudul “Dampak Kemenangan Komunis Vietnam Terhadap Perkembangan Komunisme di Laos dan Kamboja 1975-1980”. Hal yang melatarbelakangi penelitian ini adalah ketertarikan peneliti terhadap tindakan komunis Vietnam terhadap negara-negara di kawasan Indocina. Adapun permasalahan yang peneliti sikapi yaitu (1) Apa faktor penyebab munculnya keinginan komunis Vietnam dalam menanamkan pengaruhnya di Laos dan Kamboja? (2) Bagaimana proses penanaman pengaruh komunis Vietnam di Laos dan Kamboja tahun 1975-1980? (3) Bagaimana reaksi Laos dan Kamboja terhadap pengaruh komunis yang datang dari Vietnam tahun 1975-1980? Penelitian ini menggunakan metode historis dengan langkah pokok di antaranya heuristik, kritik, interpretasi, dan Historiografi. Pembahasan yang dilakukan dalam penulisan skripsi ini menggunakan teknik studi literatur. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat dijelaskan bahwa komunis Vietnam berhasil menyatukan Vietnam Utara dan Selatan pada tahun 1975. Setelah bersatunya Vietnam Utara dan Selatan komunis Vietnam menjadi sebuah kekuatan besar di kawasan Indocina. Dengan kekuatan besar tersebut Vietnam berupaya mengekspor ideologi komunis nya ke negara-negara di Indocina yaitu Laos dan Kamboja bahkan sampai seluruh Asia Tenggara. Bahkan rencana untuk menguasai Indocina dan Asia Tenggara sudah direncanakan matang oleh Vietnam dalam Hanoi’s blueprint. Dalam proses pengeksporan ideologi komunis nya Vietnam menggunakan tindakan yang berbeda dalam menghadapi kedua negara tersebut. Untuk Laos, Vietnam menggunakan jalur diplomasi karena Vietnam dan Laos memiliki kedekatan emosional sejak zaman perang kemerdekaan, sedangkan untuk Kamboja, Vietnam lebih menggunakan jalur militer atau peperangan karena buruknya hubungan Vietnam dan Kamboja sejak zaman tradisional. Skripsi ini juga diharapkan dapat memperkaya tulisan mengenai sejarah Asia Tenggara di Departemen Pendidikan Sejarah. Kata Kunci: Komunis, Vietnam, Laos, Kamboja This thesis entitled "Impact of the Vietnamese Communist Victory Against Communism developments in Laos and Cambodia 1975-1980". The background to this study is the interest of researchers to the actions of the Vietnamese communists against countries in the Indochina region. As for problems that researchers take very namely (1) What are the factors causing the emergence of the Vietnamese communists desire to exert influence in Laos and Cambodia? (2) How does the process of planting the Vietnamese communist influence in Laos and Cambodia in 1975-1980? (3) What was the reaction Laos and Cambodia against communist influence coming from Vietnam in 1975-1980? This study uses historical methods with the basic steps in between heuristic, criticism, interpretation, and Historiography. The discussion is conducted in writing this paper uses literature study engineering. Based on the research results can be explained that the Vietnamese communists managed to unite North and South Vietnam in 1975. After the unification of North and South Vietnam communist Vietnam became a major force in the Indochina region. With great power the Vietnamese communist ideology seeks to export it to countries in Indochina, namely Laos and Cambodia even to the whole of Southeast Asia. Even plans for controlled Indochina and Southeast Asia are already planned matured by Vietnam in Hanoi's blueprint. In the process of exporting its ideology of communist Vietnam to use different actions in the face of both countries. For Laos, Vietnam use diplomacy as Vietnam and Laos have emotional closeness since the war of independence, while for Cambodia, Vietnam is using military means or combat because of poor relation between Vietnam and Cambodia since traditional times. This thesis is also expected to enrich the writing of the history of Southeast Asia in the Department of History Education. Keywords: Communist, Vietnam, Laos, Cambodia
