Abstract
Sumber daya manusia merupakan aset paling utama dalam pencapaian visi suatu organisasi. Hal tersebut dipandang penting karena sumber daya manusia dapat memengaruhi efisiensi dan efektivitas organisasi serta menjadi unsur utama organisasi dalam menjalankan tugas dan fungsinya. Divisi Learning Center dalam upaya meningkatkan kualitas sumber daya manusia menggunakan Fasilitator untuk membantu mereka dalam memahami dan mencapai tujuan dari terselenggaranya suatu pelatihan. Oleh karena itu, peneliti tertarik untuk melakukan studi evaluasi terhadap Kinerja Fasilitator Dalam Pelatihan Calon Kepala Kantor Pos Angkatan V / 2015, dan secara khusus mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis hasil evaluasi kinerja fasilitator dalam pelatihan Calon Kepala Kantor Pos Angkatan V / 2015 dalam aspek penampilan, aspek keterampilan mengajar, dan aspek menilai. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif studi kasus (penelahaan). Peneliti sebagai penilai dengan menggunakan instrumen penilaian kinerja fasilitator yang berupa angket. Hasil penelitian secara umum menunjukkan bahwa kinerja fasilitator dalam pelatihan Calon Kepala Kantor Pos Angkatan V / 2015 sudah termasuk kriteria bagus. Artinya, sudah memenuhi kriteria yang baik. Aspek penampilan termasuk dalam kriteria sangat bagus. Sementara aspek keterampilan mengajar dan aspek menilai termasuk dalam kriteria baik.;---Human resources is the most important assets in achieving the vision of an organization. This is considered important because human resources can affect the efficiency and effectiveness of the organization as well as being the main elements of the organization in carrying out its duties and functions. Division of Learning Center in an effort to improve the quality of human resources using a facilitator to assist them in understanding and achieving the objectives of the implementation of the training. Therefore, researchers interested in conducting an evaluation study of Performance Facilitator In Training of Head Post Office Candidates Force V / 2015, and specifically describe and analyze the results of the facilitator’s performance evaluation in training of Head Post Office Candidates Force V / 2015 in the aspects of appearance, teaching skills, and assessing. The method used is descriptive study case (periodic review). Researcher used questionnaire in assessment of performance facilitator. The results generally show that performance in the training facilitator of Head Post Office Candidates Force V / 2015 has shown a good criteria. It means it’s already met the criteria. Appearance aspect is in a very good criteria, whereas aspect of teaching skill and assessment both are in a good criteria.
