Abstract
Penelitian ini dimaksudkan untuk mendeskripsikan kompetensi guru ekonomi dalam mengimplementasikan kurikulum 2013 di Kecamatan Cicalengka Kabupaten Bandung, yaitu kompetensi pedagogik dan kompetensi profesional. Kompetensi pedagogik terdiri dari dimensi pemahaman terhadap peserta didik, perencanaan pembelajaran, pelaksanaan pembelajaran, evaluasi pembelajaran dan pengembangan potensi peserta didik. Sedangkan kompetensi profesional terdiri dari dimensi substansi pemahaman keilmuan bidang studi ekonomi dan penguasaan langkah-langkah penelitian. Penelitian dilakukan terhadap 18 guru dengan menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara, angket, studi kepustakaan dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukanbahwa kompetensi guru ekonomi dalam mengimplementasikan kurikulum 2013 di Kecamatan Cicalengka berada pada kategori cukup, baik kompetensi pedagogik maupun kompetensiprofesional.;--- This study is aimed to describe Economics teachers’ pedagogical competence and professional competence in implementing the 2013 curriculum in Cicalengka, Bandung. The pedagogical competence consists of dimensional understanding of the learner, lesson planning, implementation of learning, evaluation of learning and learners’ potential development. Meanwhile the professional competence consists of dimensional scientific understanding of Economics and research steps mastery. The research was conducted by involving 18 teachers using descriptive quantitative research methods. The data were collected through interviews, questionnaires, literature study and documentation study. The results show that the Economics teachers’ competence in implementing the 2013 curriculum in Cicalengka is enough in both pedagogical and professional competence.
