Abstract

Penelitian pengembangan penilaian kinerja keterampilan tata busana di SMK untuk mengukur keterampilan peserta didik yang dapat menghasilkan nilai validitas dan reliabilitas yang tinggi. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada bulan februari-Mei 2015. Subjek adalah peserta didik Program Studi Keterampilan Tata Busana yang jumlahnya 40 peserta didik. Pengembangan penilaian kinerja keterampilan tata busana di SMK. maka dilakukan dengan tes kinerja. Ujicoba untuk melihat validitas dan reliabilitas dilakukan melalui dua tahap yaitu; Ujicoba teoretik pada 5 orang panelis. Setelah dikembangkan menjadi rubrik sementara, rubrik diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya dengan menggunakan CVR (Content Validity Rasio) dari lawshe hasilnya dianalisis secara kualitatif. Pada awal di buat soal 47 soal, kemudian ditelaah menggunakan analisis para ahli yang akhirnya ada tujuh butir instrumen yang harus dibuang karena dari hasil analisis memiliki nilai 0,4<0.5 dianggap tidak penting yaitu, butir no 6, nilai 0,2<0.5 dianggap tidak penting yaitu, butir no 12, nilai 0,4<0.5 dianggap tidak penting yaitu, butir no 13, nilai 0,2<0.5 dianggap tidak penting yaitu, butir no 18, nilai 0,4<0.5 dianggap tidak penting yaitu, butir no 23, nilai 0,4<0.5 dianggap tidak penting yaitu, butir no 40 dan nilai 0,4<0.5 dianggap tidak penting yaitu, butir no 42. Hasil analisis menunjukan validitas konstruk terpenuhi, kemudian analisis reliabilitas menghasilkan Koefisien Kappa sebesar r11= 0,892, angka tersebut memiliki nilai yang sangat baik.;--- This thesis entitled "Development of Performance Assessment of Skills Dressmaking at Vocational High School". This research aims to measure the skills of learners that can generate value high validity and reliability. The research was conducted during the months of February to May 2015. The subject in this research trial whose learners with skills of dressmaking courses totaling 40 students. The technique used in this research is to test the performance. Trials to see the validity and reliability conducted through two phases, The theoretical test carried out by five panelists. Secondly, once developed into a temporary rubric, the rubric is tested for validity and reliability by using CVR (Content Validity Ratio) of lawshe whose results were analyzed qualitatively. At the initial stage made about as many as 47 questions, then the problem is analyzed using analysis of experts which eventually resulted in seven points the instrument should be discarded, because of the results of the analysis showed the value of 0.4 < 0.5 was considered unimportant, namely, item No. 6, a value of 0, 2 < 0.5 is not considered important, namely, item No. 12, the value of 0.4 < 0.5 was considered unimportant, namely, item No. 13, the value of 0.2 < 0.5 was considered unimportant, namely, item No. 18, the value of 0.4 < 0.5 was considered not important is, item No. 23, the value of 0.4 < 0.5 was considered unimportant, namely, grains No. 40 and a value of 0.4 < 0.5 was considered unimportant, namely, item No. 42. The results of the analysis showed that, fulfilled construct validity and reliability analysis produces coefficients kappa for r11 = 0.892, these figures have a very good value.
