Abstract

Korps Relawan Salman ITB (Korsa) merupakan salah satu organisasi sosial yang melaksanakan pendidikan dan pelatihan (diklat) yang berbeda dalam setiap kepengurusannya. Dalam pelaksanaan pendidikan dan pelatihan (Diklat) tentu membutuhkan rasa solidaritas antar anggota. Melihat data bahwa kepedulian dan kekompakan anggota saat pelaksanaan Diklat sangat tinggi akan tetapi setelah Diklat dilaksanakan anggota dalam menjalankan program masih kurang optimal, maka perlu upaya dalam rangka menumbuhkan solidaritas sosial anggota setelah pelaksanaan Diklat. Dalam penelitian ini penulis menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Oleh karena itu penulis hendak menggambarkan peranan pendidikan dan pelatihan (Diklat) Korsa dalam menumbuhkan solidaritas sosial anggota. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa: (1)Setiap tahunnya terjadi perubahan-perubahan metode dari konsep Diklatsar dengan model pembelajaran seperti pecintaalam atau kerelawanan SAR profesional sampai konsep akademi relawan dengan para calon anggota langsung difokuskan ke divisi-divisi yang terdapat di Korsa upaya tersebut diharapkan anggota memiliki spesialisasi dalam setiap divisi sehingga keberagaman kemampuan relawan dapat dimanfaatkan saat terjadi bencana. (2)Kedekatan yang terasa hangat dan seperti suasana kekeluargaan, ketika ada yang sakit atau membutuhkan pertolongan atau bantuan dengan siap sedia anggota lain memberikan bantuan dan semangat atapun upaya lain untuk saling membantu, saling memberikan suport dengan mendatangi anggota korsa yang sedang wisuda. (3) Kerjasama yang baik dari pengurus, anggota dan senior maka permasalahan masih bisa ditangani. Setiap permasalahan dikomunikasikan agar permasalahan langsung dievaluasi dan saling memberikan pendapat demi kebaikan bersama didalam pelaksanaan evaluasi tersebut dan pencatatan evaluasi oleh panitia merupakan point terpenting agar kesalahan yang telah terjadi tidak terulang-ulang kembali. (4)Solusinya peran semua elemen didalamnya sangat menunjang keberhasilan. Caranya dengan rutin melakukan kegiatan upgrading dalam upaya mempererat setiap anggota, mencari banyak donatur untuk dapat melengkapi fasilitas operasional organisasi yang tidak sedikit serta rutin melakukan evaluasi mulai dari skala kecil maupun skala besar serta program pertemuan rutin mingguan maupun bulanan menjadi agenda untuk memastikan eksistensi maupun mengevaluasi Korsa. (5) hasil yang didapatkan antara lain terealisasikannya visi dengan misi Korsa dengan baik, melakukan perbaikan atau modifikasi terkait pendidikan dan pelatihan setiap tahunnya agar lebih baik dan menjaga kekeluargaan setelah pelaksanaan diklat dengan berbagai aktifitas kebersamaan dan menjaga komunikasi antar anggota dalam upaya mempertahankan kondisi organisasi yang harmonis dan tentram. ;---Salman ITB Volunteer Corps (Korsa) is one of the social organizations that implements education and training program (Diklat) which is different in each leadership. In the implementation of education and training program (Diklat), it would require a sense of solidarity among the members. Based on the data collected, the concern and solidarity among the members during the implementation of training program are very high, but after the training conducted, the members who implemented the program are still less than optimal. So, it needs efforts in order to emerge social solidarity of members after the implementation of education and training program. In this study the author used a qualitative approach through case study method. Therefore, the author wanted to describe the role of education and training program (Diklat) Korsa in emerging the social solidarity of the members. The results showed that: (1) Each year, there are some changed methods of Diklatsar concept which elaborate learning model as nature lovers or volunteer SAR professionals to the concept of college volunteers by directly focusing on prospective members into divisions in Korsa, these efforts are expected to make the members to have specialization in each division, so the diversity of volunteers’ capabilities can be utilized when a disaster occurs. (2) The closeness between the members feels warm and the atmosphere is like a family, when there are members who are sick or need of help or assistance, the other members will be ready to provide assistance and encouragement or other efforts to help each other, and give support to each other by visiting corps’ members who are graduated. (3) The good cooperation of officers, members and seniors makes the issues can be solved. The problems are discussed together, so the problems can be evaluated and each member can give their opinion for their benefit in implementing the evaluation and the evaluation record done by the committe is the important point for preventing the same problems are repeated again. (4) The solution is every element’s roles in this organization will support the success. To achieve this success, regular upgrading program is needed to strengthen the relation between each member, looking for many donors to be able to complete the operational facilities for the organization which is not small as well as doing routine evaluations ranging from small scale and large scale, doing the regular weekly meetings program and monthly agenda to ensure the existence of Korsa and evaluating Korsa itself. (5) The results obtained include the well realization of Korsa’s vision and mission, making improvements or modifications related to education and training program every year in order to be better organization and keeping the family relationship after the implementation of the training program by doing various activities together and maintaining the communication between members in order to build the organizational condition which is harmonious and peaceful.
