Abstract

Little Farmers merupakan salah satu destinasi wisata yang mengusung tema wisata edukasi yang berada di Jalan Kolonel Matsuri no. 339 Cisarua, Kabupaten Bandung Barat. Destinasi wisata ini memiliki program unggulan yaitu belajar berkebun dan beternak. Namun, selama 12 tahun beroperasi, terjadi fluktuasi tingkat kunjungan yang cukup signifikan. Hal ini membuat penulis ingin mengetahui faktor – faktor yang mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian paket wisata di Little Farmers. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian survey dengan metode deskriptif serta pendekatan kuantitatif. Penelitian survey merupakan penelitian yang digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data guna menjelaskan suatu populasi yang terlalu besar untuk diamati secara langsung. Metode deskriptif digunakan untuk memperoleh gambaran mengenai variabel – variabel yang akan diteliti. Kuesioner digunakan untuk mecari data primer mengenai faktor – faktor apa saja yang mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian paket wisata. Sampel dalam penelitian ini merupakan pengunjung yang sudah pernah datang, dan jumlahnya ditentukan berdasarkan jumlah kunjungan lima tahun terakhir. Data yang sudah terkumpul kemudian dianalisis dengan teknik analisis faktor dengan menggunakan software SPSS versi 16.0. Berdasarkan hasil analisis terdapat 2 faktor yang menjadi keputusan pembelian paket wisata yaitu: faktor daya tarik (produk, merk, jumlah pembelian dan metode pembayaran), faktor aksesibilitas (saluran pembelian, waktu pembelian) serta faktor dominan yang mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian paket wisata di Little Farmers adalah faktor daya tarik (produk, merk, jumlah pembelian dan metode pembayaran). Dari hasil penelitian tersebut, peneliti dapat memberikan rekomendasi kepada pihak pengelola demi meningkatkan jumlah kunjungan di Little Farmers. Kata Kunci : Analisis Faktor, Keputusan Pembelian Little Farmers constitute one of tour destinations which carry an edu-tour theme, that placed in Kolonel Matsuri street no. 339 Cisarua, West Bandung Regency. This tour destination have the main program, that is learning about farming and breed. But since 12 years operated, occurred fluctuation the amount of the visitor which significant enough. This cause making the author to searching about factors that influencing the purchase decision to buy the tour package in Little Farmers. This research is the survey-research with descriptive method along with quantitative approachment. Survey-research is the one which using for gather data in order to explaining a population to directly researched. Descriptive method using for gather illustration about variables that will be researched. The quisoner using for finding the primary data about kind of factors influencing the purchase desicion of tour package. The sample of this research is the visitor who has came in this place and the amount define by the last 5 years visiting. Data was collected would be analyse with analysis factor technique which using software SPSS version 16.0. According to the result of analysis, be found 2 factors that will be the purchase desicion of tour package, there are : attraction factor (product, brand, amount of purchase and payment method), accessibility factor (purchase channel, time of purchase). And the dominant factor which influencing the purchase desicion of tour package in Little Farmers is a attraction factor (product, brand, amount of purchase and payment method). By the result of that research, researcher may giving recommendation to the organizer for increase amount of visit in Little Farmers. Keyword(s) : Factor Analysis, Purchase Desicion
